Terrible bank to deal with after having an account with them for 32 years. Worst customer service ever! They don’t care about you, just making money. Time to close all my accounts with Cibc. Crooks

Very good service from the teller, but as credit card services have been removed from branches, limited help.

The country club branch is a joke.
When there's a line up of customers, please deal with them first instead of training staff.
How you train your staff in your time shouldn't have to be an inconvenience for the customers. Get your priorities in check! This is ridiculous!
