Was trying to change my mortgage and said it was approved but now won't return my calls

Good glab tiddiflab, CIBC is was and will always be the worst bank for anoyne on the lower end of the financial spectrum. Are the higher end accounts? Probably, but ill never know cuz im constnatly paying fees for doing anything from holding the door open to breathing their oxygen.and dont even get me started on theri actual bank fees
