CIBC Branch with ATM

I had the worse banking experience of my life at this branch! I can't even begin to describe how frustrating and unprofessional it was. I have already opened an account with another bank, and will be moving all my accounts there. Yes, It was this bad!

I have been here once when I had a problem with my new Costco credit card. I had an issue with online banking and they asked me to go to a branch to figure out the issue. They could not but they did their best to call the main CIBC branch and they fixed the issue on phone. It took more than an hour but fixed finally and the staff at the branch helped me so much.
