I've been a customer of this branch for a little over Two plus years now and on a by weekly my income is deposited there.
Last week I went in to deposited a check and before I could say hello I wad ask, Is your check good? I don't wanna to negative towards any establishment but that nearly cause me to loose my cool.
Why would you ask me that and to make matters worse I was able to speak with a manager and never got a call back, I never raised my voice or was disrespectful.
I'm simply going to close my accounts there and go elsewhere with my Free business I give them.

Been a customer with CIBC for over 10 years. Has 2 mortgages with them and they will still hold your checks for another $1700 more. Spoke to the manager of the garden city and Blundell branch Rio Kwok and no exception. That's how they treat their loyal customer for over 10 years when they can make interest off of 2 mortgages. What a bad customer experience.

Deposited a bank draft from hsbc. The teller kept saying there will be hold no matter what on a branch level. Even if it’s a bank draft.

A teller deposited my check into an account with a different name. How can someone made such mistake? I had to make another trip to the branch to get it fixed and wasted my time

Poor service attitude, unprofessional, poor English teller, communication problems
I suspect this branch doesn’t actually welcome locals, haha
Poor attitude and unprofessional. Teller struggled with basic English, but the managers are chatting happily in their room in Chinese. Wouldn't recommend going to this branch unless you speak Chinese only.

Great helpful staffs and offers excellent service. Convenience location, and free parking available on site.
