CIBC Branch with ATM

Always understaffed, minimum wait time is atleast 30 mins any time of the day and any day.

My experience with CIBC bank (32041 south Fraser way, Abbotsford) was quite unfavorable. I simply wanted to close my account and transfer my funds to Simplii Financial. However, the service personnel persistently attempted to dissuade me from leaving CIBC, emphasizing that Simplii Financial was not affiliated with CIBC. To my surprise, the staff neglected to mention a $9.95 CAD bank draft fee until I inquired, leaving me with a sense of unprofessionalism throughout the entire service experience. I am relieved that I no longer have to contend with CIBC, and I am hopeful that Simplii Financial will provide a more satisfactory banking experience

Worst branch I have ever seen. No care for clients. Girls sitting there and looking at each other to answer client queries and still unable to resolve issue. One so called officer Sharin even asked me to call Ontario office and come back for work. When I again came back, she was unable to solve my issue, I felt helpless and went out of Bank. Finally, I got work done on phone before bank closed for long weekend.their hr is 9 to 5pm just like third world countries Government offices.

Absolutely horrible place to deal with, need an override for everything tell people to use atm to withdraw cash rather then do their job. After 10 years of imperial service status its time to close down all my accounts and go to a competitor. All thanks to this branch.

As a current member here I am sad to say this isn't a good institution. I've been messed around so much this week by them. I am taking my money out of this bank and putting it into one that deserves it
