CIBC's service is really terrible!
It feels like there is no connection between branches! (It only requires a small amount of foreign currency cash. I have to apply in advance, but the time I can give has already left the country!) Is there any solution? They all said they didn’t know, and they couldn’t help check it online or call other branches to see which branch would have it (they said they wouldn’t answer calls to other branches), so they had to go from house to house.and call each one. Say no!
When I ask about things, I just say "I can't help it. "
I also tell you: It’s useless for you to complain!

Not ATM - I want an Appointment. Absolutely terrible customer service. White Rock brance Reps don't return phone calls, nor when I walk into the branch, I leave a note on their desk. Trying since mid September. Can't book on line either; tried 7 times (screen freezes) - Other banks boom done! No supervisor/manager available at any time. I can't deposit $5000.into my TFSA without an apt. CIBC is costing me money.
Nothing will be done about this. Customer Review: where's the Quality Assurance? Go figure.

Unbelievable the run around here.got it done myself with phoning the 1 800 number.
Went to the bank on Friday morning.will call you back.nothing till I CALL Thursday.again oh yes will call you back.phoned the 1 800 no.
Problem solved in 20 minutes.and money in my account in less than 24 hours.in my 59 years with CIBC this has been the worst service I have
ever encountered.
Twice with different employees.
Something that could have been fixed and never was.
OBVIOUSLY there is a HUGE problem with this branch and Thank God I only have my chequing account here as they can't even handle that right

I haven't used the account for a long time and want to close it.
The receptionist told me to call. When I got home, he called me and told me to go to the front desk to apply.
You can only play football, right?

Very disappointed with the service, did not proceed with my order. The manager Anush Lal, no where to be found.ignoring my calls.zero accountability. Save yourself headache take your business else where, I will be too.

The staff called Nancy was extremely rude. She yelled at me and wave her arm around me as if she was going to start a fight with me. Extremely uncivilized!

Even though they hold my mortgage they continue for 4 months to send mail to my old address. Even though I also I went in person to change my address twice COMPLETE FAILURE

Worst bank/branch ever!
All they want to do is pass your request on to someone else to deal with. Took me literally weeks of phoning, voice msgs, and emails to get any response to what should have been a straightforward transaction.
Incompetence and not caring seems to be their mode of operation. If you are thinking of this branch for your banking, save yourself the frustration and come nowhere near it!
Unbelievable how bad these people and this branch is.
