CIBC Branch with ATM

Staff are great. Unfortunately there are never enough tellers. Middle of the day during a weekday place is full with long line ups. Not sure why this is a constant at this branch.

This bank always busy short staff today 30 people in line only two people working on desk, who is inside cabin they can't help Newton branch always ask for help every time i come here same problem

Horrible customer service, i came to re-exchange a currency that i picked up before my trip. Now that my trip is done, i wanted to change back to Canadian dollar. The rep told unfortunately i cant change it here. Which is fine. Then i asked her where can i change it? She replied back " i dont know off the top of my head but you can look it up" i told her you were a big help keep taking my account fees cibc to employ winners like that. Disgusting.

Overall super long wait times. I’ve waited 30-40 minutes just for simple tasks like currency exchange or coin deposits. Always a drag

Captivated service i have ever got.this bank is quite lucrative for students and render numerous offers to them.

Ryan was highly professional and knowledgeable. He provided prompt responses to my queries.

Yesterday I visited CIBC and there staff is very kind and helping. They treat their customers very nicely and i would like to praise Shalini, Manu and Neha for their amazing customer service because they helped us a lot. I wish all of them success and nice future ahead.

Horrible wait times and poor customer service opened my account but closed it within the 1st 2 weeks. This is how bad the service is.: (

Very bad experience overall with CIBC and with this branch. No accountability, no sense of urgency to address clients issues on time and reactive nature of doing business. I would not recommend banking here since personally I spent significant amount of my time coordinating with different departments within CIBC which shows their poor internal communication.

We’re from Vancouver and our lawyers in Surrey so no way we were going back home, went to this branch and they were full on appointments that day. The greeter was super helpful, tried getting appointments elsewhere but was able to convince one of the advisors during there 10 min break to help us. Even the teller was amazing and he congratulated us, super nice guy! Their energy was beyond us, probably one of the best experiences at CIBC other than the branch we use in Vancouver.

Manu Grewal at CIBC Strawberry Hill is a wonderful financial advisor. She helped us make the right decision. She is very professional and knowledgeable and educates her clients to ensure they can move forward towards a brighter and more comfortable financial future. Thanks Manu!

Lazy staff.

All i needed was a document for immigration, but they are more eager to leave for the day than help their clients. And Believe me, the excuses being made were more than enough time to finish printing my document. Oh I was able to finish the review before the closing time.
