CIBC Branch with ATM

DO NOT GO TO THIS CIBC LOCATION. The last couple times I have gone to this location they have held funds on government cheques that are not supposed to have holds on them. I have been depositing these cheques for years; If I go to any other CIBC I do not have this issue. Even today they were refusing to release funds to multiple people and visibly ruined many peoples days.

Card randomly doesn't work, the phone line never picks up
Man you're going to save soo much money here cause YOU CAN NEVER USE YOUR DAMN CARD MORE THAN ONCE!
My card constantly gets locked out for no reason, and if you need to talk to someone to fix it they're never available

Worst experience in a bank ever, we explained what we needed help with to the financial advisor, he first told us that it was not possible, after explaining that it was possible, he told us he was not going to help us because he had no time, after convincing him to just try, he reluctantly agreed, he updated the information of 3 clients, and he did it incorrectly for 2, he then refused to keep helping "because he had to complete a document for his boss in the next 30 mins", he showed us some document he had open in his laptop, so we left his office, 2 min later he left his office without his laptop, i doubt he finished the doc. Lazy guy, trying to evade work, no service attitude, and reluctantly working, how does this individual still have a job? How can CIBC hire and keep people like this? Avoid this branch

I'd give this location (and CIBC in general) a zero, except the front desk lady at this location is nice.

My partner was a client of there's and I eventually convinced him to switch because they are so disorganized, have no idea whats going on, say you can't get your bank records for accounts that were closed under a year ago, its a complete run around.

Really bad customer service asking for advisor from last month, they are just telling no advisor available. Even its really important to do changes to my account, can’t do anything really bad on their part.

I am a customer with CIBC from 14 years. I really like there customer service. Specially kajal is really nice, helpful, kind and always so polite. I love the way she treats and talk with customers.

All staff member are doing well. But, specially kajal is doing great job and always willing to help her customer and she always polite. I really like her service.
