CIBC Branch with ATM

This is one of only a few CIBC's which still has tellers. But never enough tellers. I came back to CIBC last year, after a long time away. I'm remembering now why I closed my accounts there in the first place. I dislike CIBC now more than ever.

every single employee looks like in Stanley park.no dripline at all.i went to open business account and ask for appointment but instead they help me I knocked one of employee door and request for help.just unbelievable place.

Anand Sharma has been very helpful to me starting from the day 1 when I visited the branch. He is not only professional, but a very gentleman. I highly recommend him if you are visiting the branch anytime. He is the best!

This has been my 2nd visit with Tushar Bansal and on each visit, he has been punctual in starting our meetings, patient in explaining all the options available to me and knowledgeable in presenting what he believes are the steps that would allow me to achieve my goals. On both occasions I have left his office feeling like I have made good use of our 1 hour meetings and that he genuinely cares. Thanks Tushar!

This is a honest feedback for improvement purposes only. The staff members including the managers need better training and customer service skills. Recent displeasure was occurred last week with my associate. (They refused a $235k deposit) wondering how they treat people with lower deposits.

We dealt with td right afterwards with no issues. They happily took the certified cheque and cleared it right away.

I’ll avoid this particular branch. Rude, lack of knowledge, lack of training, no customer service skills, waste of time and unwelcoming attitude.

Went to activate my GIC account. The lady was welcoming and Mr. Atul Gautam did all the work in short period of time. Recommended.

New ATM machines are garbage. It returned my cash three times and partially deposited some money out of it.worst experience. They should have done proper trial run before installation in the branch.called customer didn't get any satisfactory answer, I will never use it again.

Went to branch to get change ($1 & $2 coins. They started transection and at the end asked if I have account with them. Unfortunately I didn't have account with them and they said they can't give me change.

Then I went to RBC and they gave me change without asking anything.

Every time I visit this location staff people hve no smile their face. They look like angry don’t know why.

I just came out from this cibc branch, the lady was very Rude and surprisingly this is not the first time she was rude with me, it has been going on for a long time, management should be take a look at her behaviour I don’t know her name but she is white all lady with bit short hair

Terrible customer service. The staff drag their feet when it comes to the basic tasks but also with larger transactions. They do nothing to offer advise or suggestions instead just glad to get you going on your way even if it means loss of opportunity for CIBC to generate more revenue. Thank God for online banking.

Full of rude east indians that have no idea what they are doing. Disgusting service. Do not go here

This branch lacks staff.if there is staff.it is a training center for new employee's.i have have no problem with new employee learning the system.cibc should not fill the branch with all new training employees.very poor service standards!

This branch don’t even deserve a one star.
Always only two tellers there long wait & staff is so rude.
Even account manager very bad service.
I will be moving to another bank for my mortgage by this July I will be happy

Slowest banking I have ever done. No staff and some what rude when I asked why the do not have more people at the tills.
Never again.

Long wait and then when I finally was next in line the young man smirked at me and walked away from his counter.
Saw him peaking around the corner at the back and did not re open till I was served by the other teller.
Very rude and purposely made me wait.
I really wonder why they hire on people like that.

I went there change address but they responded me first then said you need something that you have adres on it. I have my bc Id but they said they need one more prof as well. Really disappointed

Had a worst experience while dealing with Ms. RF. She doesn't have any sense of customer service and rude while dealing for a small transaction. She really needs to learn how to deal with the clients or CIBC should provide customer service skills to its employee.

There was a theft happened in my account in September and i have been to this branch to know what exactly happened. They told me to come to weekdays to speak to the manager. I am a full time student and working part time on weekdays. I took day off from school to speak to them and they did not have any information on this account. Now, i am getting the phone calls from CIBC to make the payment for money which i never used. The client care person is not responding back to me with the answers as they have no documents of mine signed with them at all. This is really disappointing that these things are happening in Canada and no one taking responsibility to explain

Long line ups 1 hr to get served. This is a joke when I complained to the manager he did not care at all.

Just experienced terrible customer service. This is the worst branch compared to all the other CIBC branches I’ve been to. Will never come back to this branch again. Hire a better manager and team!

Poor service.worst customer service ever, it’s been six month every time i m visiting their branch.they made me wait for 3 hours nd send me back without solving my problem. I have money in my account but still I can’t withdraw it.everytime m asking for help they provide me lame excuses with giving online support number.nd if I m talking with online support they r putting me on hold for 3 hours Nd ends up being.go to bank we can’t help you.it’s my request never make your account with this bank. They don’t know how to solve customers issue.

Only two tellers open and 1 hr wait to cash in my checks. This is getting worse over the years time that the manager hires on some staff and stop being so cheap.
