I love this place for their branzino get that and anything from their wood fire grilled. Rib eye is good to can’t go wrong

I frequent HQ Italian restaurants in the PNW and I often order the same base line dishes for proper comparison, and spoiler alert, this is the best ragu I've had to date.

Atmos: Charming, lovely, expansive, makes me feel fancy but still welcome in jeans

Service: Great, accommodating, friendly, supportive, attentive in a good way.

Mini Bread Bowl: Great herb focaccia with on par tapanade.

App: Burrata with pear, prosciutto and endives: Good. They augmented the dressing for me due to allergy. Really well balanced flavors, fancy but not so fancy it takes away from the core flavors of each item.

Main: Taglitelle w/ Ragu: Their slow braised meat and sauce was the best I've ever had. If you're into amazing, core, quality dishes, please order this to hit that comfort spot. Noodles were also made well.

Dessert: Panna Cotta: Not the best I've had, but silky and tart combo, great GF oats on top, definitely still worth the sugar and calories

Were there for friend’s birthday. Pasta was okay (not like I expected it to be), but service was good. Manager greeted us personally and when the server made a mistake with the order, the same manager also came and apologized, which was nice.

Food and drinks: phenomenal. Dishes and cocktails were well balanced and brought out the favour of the ingredients.

Service: excellent

Atmosphere: excellent

The price is higher than most but that is to be expected for the meticulous attention to detail and dedication to excellence. Please don't change.

We came to Cincin for an anniversary dinner and it was a great time - the staff wrote us a card and treated us to dessert. The food was great as well: we had the burrata, Parmesan soufflé, scallops, carrots, and the osso buco. Every dish was tasty; however, the osso buco could’ve been braised for longer as it did taste dry within the first few bites.

Overall, it was a great dinner and would recommend this restaurant for anyone who wants to try an Italian restaurant in downtown Vancouver

The staff at CinCin are absolutely amazing. They setup my anniversary table before my wife got there. She was so, so surprised and the restaurant and staff made it so special.

We had sparkling presecco to start. The beef carpaccio, ravioli, veal and halibut.

All dishes were amazing.

I can't rave about this place enough and I'm definitely coming back with my entire family next time!

I like the design of the restaurant which is authentic with warm color scheme to create a cozy and welcoming atmosphere and there are a few artworks depicting the countryside of Italy. Their Sea Scallop with Citrus Butter impressed me the most, the scallops were tender and succulent and the seasoning also complement its natural sweetness which was very delicious.

Both pasta dishes we’d ordered had a rich taste and it would be better if the summer truffle could have a stronger flavor and aroma. We also ordered a 6oz AAA Alberta beef tenderloin, the steak had a rich, beefy flavor and a tender, juicy texture. Overall I was impressed when having dinner with friends here, but I would be much happier if they could increase the portion of food.

Our server, Robert, was fantastic. We ordered the ravioli and the truffle chicken. Both dishes were fabulous.

Had a faboulous time, Yayoi was amazing! We’ll come back just have her serve us. A great restaurant with great service, especially with folks like Yayoi!

Excellent Italian Food Restaurant in Vancouver! I tried the truffled ravioli, it was wonderful, Italy level! Sophisticated atmosphere, I recommend booking in advance. Meats are fresh, we want to come back to try them!

It was my time at the restaurant with my partner and the food and overall vibe was fantastic! I think our server was called, Robert (apologies, if I am incorrect) ; but he went above and beyond to ensure that our time at CinCin was well enjoyed. We will definitely be back when we are in the city and have recommended it to our friends! Well done!

It used to be better. The amount of food on the plates the last time I've been there is laughably low, we looked at each other thinking "This is the large portion? ".
Food is still good and waiters are nice, but it's getting too expensive for what they serve.

Managed to walk in without a reservation, but it was early in the night and we lucked out. Haven't been here in ages. Food was amazing and they also have a good selection of wine

Beautiful place, the tables on the terrace are the beat location to see the city. It took a while to get the food but it was very good. The service is amazing always ready to help and very kind. We went for my husband's birthday and they give him a card with birthday wishes and a dessert. 100% recommended!

First time at Cincin and we were very pleased with the food and the service. A very sweet, professional and delightful Japanese server (I’m sorry, I do know how to write her name) was so attentive to us! The mushroom + truffle gnocchi was the highlight of the night!

Excellent experience. Delicious fresh pasta and tasty cocktails. We sat at the bar and the bartenders provided great service.

The food was pretty good for the price, the service was impeccable and the ambiance was exactly what you’d expect from a high-end restaurant. Is it the best Italian food in the city? No, but it’s still worth a visit if you want something fancy.

I have no common with their food because once I get in the restaurant, the server standing in front at 5: 15 pm did a terrible demonstration about greeting people, I have no clue about what is going on after getting asked more than four times to leave my phone number and full name at the front desk before I can have a site. And she fully understands that I'm a walk-in guest without any seat booking. I don't know if is this their way of giving regular customer service to people, but after I refused four times to leave any personal information to her, and still got asked to give it out. I decided to leave and find somewhere else to have my dinner. I'm just here to have food not attending a class at the college. What kind of restaurant force people to leave their personal information even before they get in? Also, the way she is asking is not polite at all. In the end, If this restaurant needs a dress code to get in then great, because I just got off from work and I'm wearing full suits and ties at that moment.

Great food wonderful service. Highly recommended. Everything was made and presented beautifully and their staff was warm and extremely friendly. They even went above and beyond offering extra desserts to us as we were settling up, which was a lovely gesture.

The service was great, fast and friendly, the cocktails were very good and the food was very good and well presented.
Would highly recommend Cincin!
