I just want to say that we just received some of the best service at the popcorn counter from such a great young lad named Wyatt. He was so pleasant and was genuinely kind and so funny!

Dirtiest seats I've ever seen, popcorn everywhere on the seats and floor. Seats are darkened with use and lack of cleaning.

Super uncomfortable. Sat in the very expensive DBOX seats and they were nothing special, needed a good cleaning, and really uncomfortable.
2 popcorns for $23 and they were cold/stale.
Time for a renovation and recliners!

Get some recliners. The cost is far to high to be that uncomfortable. Like 20+ minutes of.advertisements too. Come on now. Be better.

Barbie Movie with grand daughters and NO Barbie cups! Disappointed with price of pop, popcorn! A special movie and no special promotion that is advertised right on the menu, flashing and not available. The
cinema needs to do better and nobody cares.

Avoid looking at the seats, especially when you have your cell phone light on looking for the seat number.
If you accidentally look at the seats you might end up vomiting or be restless during the whole film about how nasty they are.

A generally good venue, I just wish they would have implemented larger seating by now - I'm plus sized with wider hips, and I need to either bring my own chair and sit in the space intended for wheelchairs so that I can sit comfortably or sit in the chair intended for companions of folks in wheelchairs.

Definitely go here to watch the big blockbusters. Right now they appear to be doing a very slow refurbishment of the building interior. The theatres are running and the concession is open. But the floors and walls look in need of a bit of care - the building is 25 years old. The renovation aside- this is your typical movie theatre: Popcorn costs more than admission. We enjoy the reserved seating and the previews seem to be back to future blockbusters and not the latest car commercial (thankfully). We visit regularly - just hope they finish those renos!

Last in theater movie was Ace Ventura.
I wasn't completely impressed, drink seemed watery, popcorn tasted stale.
Movie John Wick was amazing. I'm going to more this year and I hope it will be fresher.

I absolutely love this theater. The staff is always in a good mood, with a fast paced very professional way about them. The theater is always clean and very well taken care of. I've been there three times in the past few months with my teenage son and we have always been respected and greeted upon entering and leaving. Everyone there is absolutely wonderful. When I have money I will definitely be returning many more times.

Theatre facilities need a major reno. They tore up the floors and other things during covid and never finished. Hoping they can actually upgrade at some point as its pretty sad looking, especially compared to surrounding cities' theatres.

It was great service at the concession as well as having someone directing us to the theater where our show was to come on.

They were having problems with the projector but sold tickets to the showing anyways. Half hour in the picture stops. An absolute waste of an evening! We would have seen a different show but now it’s too late! Absolutely brutal way to run a business!

This theater, aside from the terrible condition, has been going downhill for years. The seats are filthy and usually ripped. The overall condition of the theater is dirty. We’re limited for options here in Kamloops, so it doesn’t get much better. The thing that gets me is even tho we dish out all this money to see a movie, the least we could get is some service with a smile. The last few times I’ve been there, the staff at the concession stand were beyond unhappy. It makes me wonder what’s going on there to make them hate their jobs as much as they do? It’s almost pitiable, seeing these poor souls in such misery! Lol
When someone comes to the movies, whether it be with friends, family, or a date, they’re most likely looking to have a nice night out… after seeing these employees in such misery. It was very hard to have a good experience that evening.

First time back at the theater in probably a year and had horrible customer service while getting snacks by the cashier Ethan.

The customer service here is terrible, they sold me cold popcorn and then when I asked for a warm one they told me that cold popcorn was all they had. I tried to reach out to head office to solve this privately but they have not responded over the last month. It’s the only theatre in town and I love going to the movies but after my experience I will never step foot in there again. Aside from the rude staff, inside is pretty dumpy, the seats are worn out. Horrible theatre.

This movie theater is 23 years old from October 4/1999. So yeah it's slowly falling apart but we all had special memories there.

Love the employees there they really go above and beyond. Had my son’s birthday there and everything was so great we didn’t get a chance to book the room in advance but they still accommodated us. Definitely recommend having your kids party there.
