Cineplex Cinemas Orchard Plaza

The theater is well-placed, and its seats are comfortable recliners. However, I've experienced disruptions in the past during movies, and the management's failure to address the situation by sending an employee into the theater for context makes me feel undervalued as a customer.

It was comfortable and nobody's head was blocking the screen and nobody kicks the back of our seats! Its perfect.

Super comfortable seats. Had great experience! Only small disadvantage that there's not big choice of movies.

Super comfy seats. Lots of legroom. Very wheelchair accessible with easy transfer access into recliners. Movie going is our favorite night out! Concession prices a bit high but this is still the ONLY theatre we will go to in Kelowna. I'd have given 4 stars (we've been to a lot of high end theatres to compare to across the world), if they'd bring more up to date movies. It seems they aren't doing that anymore, so our outings haven't been as frequent: (

This movie theatre has no butter. After paying for popcorn was told they were also out of popcorn and had to waited over 10 minutes for them to make some. It’s not even busy.

Great seats, great staff, my favorite place for a movie in Kelowna.

Was watching across the spiderverse and midway in the movie someone turned the volume to the max, the speakers were about to blow and were popping the whole movie…. Absolutely garbage experience

Easy to purchase ticket. Not sold out, not seemingly covid spaced but only a few seats were available for purchase.
Fast to get checked in, concession quick to get through, easy to find seats.
Seats- recline, super comfortable, and LOTS of leg room.
Show was wonderful.
Lots of parking.
Great time out.

First time experience for the full recliner seating and absolutely loved them! Wish all cineplex had them.

Dirty arm chairs, plus they sold the same seat twice.to us and another random couple. Was a pretty busy Tuesday night so we all ended up sitting shoulder to shoulder anyways with no masks on & zero social distancing. Concerning to see small children running around in jammies at a slasher movie. Totally weird and unpleasant evening unfortunately.

This place is gross. Very dirty. At the begining before the movie starts there is an advertisement where it shows how cineplex cares about cleaning and sanitizing which is a total lie, atleast for this location. Maybe there should be a company visit every now and then to improve. This is the only cineplex near by otherwise I am sure they would lose alot of customers for this location

Nice little theater, only issue was if you've never been there before the entrance is easy to miss tucked away between a couple of the shops. Look for the large brick posts and walk straight through them!

We wanted to treat our kids to the movies. We started off getting a rude greeting from the young lady that worked at concession then went to sit down and walked in to previews for a rated R horror movie. Needless to say both kids were FREAKED out and wanted to leave it was also so extremely loud even my ears were crackling. We did get a refund for our tickets which I’m greatful but we won’t be the only ones bringing out kids to watch that movie and see those previews. The manager just said “well we don’t know what previews are shown”.

Had a pleasant friday night to see Shang-chi. Sat in the large comfy recliner seat. Plenty of space for social distancing. Wasn't too busy at the consession.

Older manager with long brown hair is incredibly unprofessional and rude. She makes it very obvious she hates her job.

They don't show most new movies cause some stupid deal saving it for the other Cinemas around Kelowna, like the AWFUL Landmark Cinemas. Don't support this theater and the owner who does this. Save your money for better

Today I ordered from skip the dishes, when receiving the order we were surprised to find 4 packs of popcorn seasoning when only ordering two, the pop corn was phenomenal and perfectly made I will always to go you guys! Had a cute note on our bag to:)

Best seats! Make sure to buy your ticket ahead of time because they can sell out. The theatre rooms can also run a little cold, so bring an extra sweater with you.

Went to watch a movie here. I have to say it was pretty amazing with the big comfy chairs that lean right back. I am 6 3 and I could totally stretch out. Lots of arm room as well. View was good and sound system was also nice. Little cool with the air conditioning. Not sure if that had to do with lack of people or just they had it cranked right up. But made me wish I had a hoody on. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Popcorn smelled yummy. Great theatre to enjoy a movie in.

Stacey and Harman by far with even though the movie theatre is no longer open to the cinemas currently have managed to make the experience of receiving popcorn just as magical from my little girl. As we pick up our popcorn and drive home the stars seem to shine a little brighter and this is all to do with the phenomenal customer service and experience that Stacey and Harman have provided for us tonight God bless their souls and without them I do not know where we would be!

This is the best movie theater I have ever been to! They have reclining chairs and a gigantic screen with tons of movies to choose from! If you live in West Kelowna it is definitely worth the drive

Nice seats. Nice staff. Bathrooms are a bit rundown however. And could use some paper towels for opening the bathroom door etc.

It was terrible. It was so Cold we had to wear our hoodie with the hood on. I asked her to turn the heat on but it is programed.

They are practicing social distancing, offering masks when i showed up and had a greeter right away to inform us as to what they are doing. This was the first time in 6 months I've been able to go to the movies with my wife and it was great knowing it was safe and clean.

Great chairs, super comfortable. Tasty popcorn and refreshing drinks. I recommend this theatre for anyone who wants to have a cheap and exciting time!

It was our first time at this location and our first experience with reclining seats. Upon entering the storefront we were taken back at how incredibly dirty and disorganized the lobby was.there was popcorn and debris on the floor and countertops and the staff seems less than a cohesive team. The popcorn we purchased, including the butter, tasted old and did not sit well with either us, causing immediate stomach aches. As we entered the screening theatre we were equally disappointed in the lack of cleanliness. In order for us to sit in our seats we had to clean them free of popcorn and god knows what else.although the seats were comfortable our overall experience was very disappointing.

This place is a joke seats are gross and not cleaned same with the bathrooms. Goto landmark or grand 10 much better experience

Small little theater with GREAT RECLINER SEATS which are so comfortable! Prices are the equal compared to other theaters in Kelowna. Yummy popcorn as well!

Great theatre. Love the reclining seats. Lots of space between yourself and your neighbors. Good idea to purchase tickets in advance, especially for new movies. I noticed one of the shows SD out and that was for a 6: 20 showing. This is a review for the theatre, not the movie I went to ;)

One of the best places to see a movie in kelowna. Has recliners and enough pace to get out for needed washroom breaks without having peipme to move or get up.

Not impressed said movie was to start at 650pm entered theater at the time pitch black could not see a thing then 15 later they started the commericals and movie started 20mins after posted time so folks take your time and be late

The seats for this theater are amazing! They are comfortable, reclining and laid out perfectly. We were second row from the screen and we were not uncomfortable at all. My husband is very tall and always has issues with leg room - he had, with his leg stretched out fully, and extra foot of leg room. Best experience in a movie theater - we will only be going there moving forward if they carry the movies we wish to see.

Very cute cinema, the seats are so comfy and the employees are very friendly. I left my wallet here and they kept it safe in a sealed bag and I didn't lose anything out of it.

I HATE THE CHAIRS! They are so comfortable and nice that I always fall asleep and miss 1/2 the movie. LOL.
I would like to see the concision sell Energy drinks to keep me awake.

IMO this is the BEST Theater in Kelowna.
