My girlfriend did not enjoy the experience because she was not able to get more soda and she was complaining that the bathroom was too far.

2 star for overpriced and poor quality food options. Theatre is good but getting worn out, need upgrades badly.

This one star is for kelly working at outtakes as she denied to give container for fries she said we can take small container but not the big one. Finally after debating she agreed to give.however, last time when i came, the guy working at the outtakes did offered us the same box. Overall the theatre is good. I always prefer strawberry hill.

Last night was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had in a movie theatre in my life.
From the rude attendant taking our order to security doing absolutely nothing about the people talking on their phones throughout the movie and taking videos of the entire movie. I don’t understand how loud large groups of people are let in half an hour late into the show to disrupt everyone but I guess if we’ve already given them money for tickets and snacks cineplex doesn’t care about our experience.
Between the blatant disrespect of the other patrons who think they’re the centre of the universe, and the cineplex employees who don’t care, I think it’s safe to say movie theatres should be left to die out

I've been a regular at this cinema, catching over 100 movies in the last 5 years. The highlight is definitely those comfy recliners, a feature not found in most Cineplex locations except for Landmark in Guildford. It's a bit of a letdown that they don't offer IMAX here. However, the Cineplex subscription is a fantastic perk for frequent movie buffs like myself.

Areeba do good work. I come all way from Sweden to see movie and I enjoy it a lot, I very pleased with the Areeba services and the pulled porky. Very nice.

First two rows are not comfortable for watching movie on screen.that are extremely close which make difficulties for audiences to get good access.thank u.i hope you will improve it

A very beautiful and cozy place to enjoy every moment of a movie. Including every facility in it.

I will give 4 stars because u can't take any drinks and other stuff from outside, beside that they don't have many drinks, for example I drink RedBull but they don't have that in thier store.
They should have all kind of drinks and then ban drinks and food from outside cinema hall.
Over all the cinema halls and their seats are so good and comfortable.

The bathrooms are always nasty and they never do anything about the people who talk through the entire movie. Go to Landmark cinema instead

Probably the worst theater experience my family and I have ever had, and I've been to a ton of cinemas. Teens and kids yelling, taking snapchats, using their phones etc.throughout the entire movie. Attendants came in a few times, but just observed. Seats didn't even recline all the way, and weren't even clean when we sat down. My partner had butter or grease stains all down the back of her pants after the showing.

Just drive to Abbotsford, or better yet go to Landmark.

I am so impressed by their work really amazing work and so professional and comfortable environment to have some good time with their client. I really love to have my booking with mandeep it been a year i am coming to them. I feel comfortable and its all pain free when done by some one professional mandeep.

Cineplex requires a washroom at the ground floor. You miss some part of the movie going up and down for washroom. Point for consideration.

Cinema is very clean and is able to handle all the crowd very efficiently with quick service. The audi’s are very clean. I highly recommend choosing ULTRA AVX as your option because it is really worth it! The sound quality is awesome!

Love that all the seating at this location (as far as I know is reclining) none of those hard uncomfortable chairs. Do be prepared to go to the restroom before the movie, otherwise you will miss a significant portion of the movie due to the restrooms being inconveniently located on the second floor and far from most of the theatres. My experience has been mostly pleasant except for today when the row behind us and the couple right next to us (not socially distanced) talked the entire time. Was extremely distracting…thankfully this isn’t a common occurrence though. Give it a try, it is a comfortable theatre experience in my opinion.

Today it’s freezing outside in Surrey Bc and there no heat in the theatre I called Manager (Jagdeep S) to about the situation she said heat is turn on but we were there for good 3hrs heat was not on after I did talk to the same manager she was saying heat is on never crowded checked no apologize she was really rude very disappointed

Being that this is in Surrey I expected to give this place 1 and I was right, public washroom is on the second floor so unless you wanna do 60 stairs then go pee before you come here. Staff wasn't very friendly and after standing in line for 2mins the cashier decided to help someone else. Popcorn was good but I paid for butter halfway and nope it was bone dry.however surprisingly it was very clean and seats were comfortable.

Truly an incredible place, I've been going to theatre since 2010 and it has been amazing every single time.

Lovely comfy recliner seats. Floor wasn't sticky. Only problem is toilets are quite far away and up the stairs.

Rude/careless staff. It seemed like they dont see you standing waiting to be helped. Concession stand was limited.
Comfortable seats, although not as wide & long as Landmark cinemas at Guilford. I had a 6'2" company with me, his feet were dangling in a weird angle.

Excited to go to movie theatre for first time in two years. The Lobby had changed quite a bit since last visit. Signage as to where to go to pay for tickets was non existent and we had to ask three staff members where to go before finally pointed in right direction.
One customer ahead of us at only cashier open. She seemed to be confused about something and was taking a lot of time. One cashier was trying to help her while another cashier just stood there watching the first. Time was passing, customer line growing longer, but doing nothing cashier just stood there and refused to open up another cash register.
A supervisor person showed up to deal with something and he was followed by five staff members who just stood there shoulder to shoulder chatting away while the cashier was trying to resolve the issue with the customer.
I spoke to the supervisor and reminded him that Covid remained a big threat and staff just standing immediately next to each other were totally ignoring social distancing recommendations. He just stared at me, did not say a word and did nothing.
A person in a supervisory position who just allows five staff to stand around doing nothing with only one actually working should not be a supervisor.
More importantly ignoring all safety practices to prevent the spread of Covid between his staff members, himself and customers should not be in any type of supervisor position, nor should someone who just stared down on a customer and says and does nothing in spite of genuine health concerns, should not be in customer service. With attitudes like that there is little wonder why such movie chains are in deep financial trouble. Happened at early show on December 12. With so many options available these days customers are not just going to take BS from these people who forget what they are being paid to do. By the way the lobby area was just a huge mess and looked very derilect. I wouldn't say filthy, but close to it. Large screen televisions at home and a large comfy armchair with no Covid risk is a far more inviting proposition.

Went for the 10: 30pm show. Doors are locked, no communication, no notices. Are you people serious? You dont even deserve 1 star

Booked tickets today. Surprisingly there was no problem booking them online.
We were welcomed by an outage notice on the doors. IS THIS A JOKE CINEPLEX?

Show got cancelled today due to power outage no prior information, they informed us on reaching at door. Poor management.

West Side Story with Family, new version of well-known story. Much enjoyed from the newish adjustable chairs in front above the orchestra level.

Popcorn was stale, staff refused to make a fresh batch. They had no large bags for Popcorn. They ended up giving us multiple medium bags instead. The theatre was really cold. Could hear multiple people complaining about this. Could have just been a bad day.

As we live in the area, we have been many times to this theatre. However, with COVID, they should be taking proper measures. They pretended to check vaccine passports, auditoriums were crowded and about 1/10 of the people were not wearing masks.
Won't go again.

My favourite cineplex, the seats recline and are very comfy and it’s never too crowded in the theatre.

This message to cineplex staff or manager or owners. During covid they keep some seats empty as social distance policy. Today one couple came to us told us they bought wrong ticket one ticket on our left one on right and told us to change seats with them then i said they r meant to be empty due to covid and they had no answer for that. So basically I’m trying to say people watch free movies After buying one ticket in afternoon show or whatever and they just keep changing screens to screens for free movie. They go to any screen after movie starts and look for empty seats. Happened literally twice with us in came cinema. Please keep an eye that how many tickets were sold for movie and how many people sitting in room. Thank you

Very nice seats. One can view the whole screen without worrying about if a tall person sits in a seat in front of them

Everything was set up covid friendly. The popcorn was good, wouldn't recommend the hot dog though. Bun tasted like rubber. It was spacious inside the theater and the seats are very comfortable

Great cineplex worth going for watching a movie with dolby atoms and a large screen and most importantly comfortable recliner seats best for a cozy film watching time must go as a recreational purpose

It feels great going for a movie after so long due to covid.i saw people standing outside coz they didn't had vaccination proofs, so don't forget to bring yours otherwise they not gonna let you go in.

It's fine, a.movie theater with lots.of arcade games I didn't use. The bathroom is far too far from the theaters though.

It's NORMALLY a great theatre. It has the reclining seats which I love. But you can't get anything now cause COVID. Only water or fountain drinks cause COVID. Can't do your own butter dispensing cause COVID. No coffee from the Starbucks machine cause COVID. No games in the lobby cause COVID. No French fries (probably) cause COVID. Can't get your own condiments cause COVID. Why did they bother reopening? I'll try Landmark for my next movie. But I'm not counting on getting a better experience at what's essentially Cineplex without the brand name. I'll probably end up watching the rest of this summer's movies at home. Unfortunate, Cineplex actually has air conditioning.

Went there for movie tonight and totally disappointed as people just kept walking in the theatre without the tickets and weren’t following the six feet apart. Honestly don’t like to say this but as a Indian I see other Indians acting immature whereas there’s so much of talking and shouting in the theatre, even the employees don’t bother checking after the movie starts as no one was supposed to be next to our seats and entire group just kept walking in and out and Set where no one supposed to be very disappointed after going to this cineplex

Yippee! We went back to cinemas to watch movie we watched couple of movies and all were awesome. There sevices are best the staff is super friendly I forgot to take my scene card they said no issue we can only give the number and would work. The inside hall all recliner seat and there popcorn taste with butter is yum.

I had a craving for movie popcorn, so my boyfriend and I ordered the popcorn/movie combo on Skip the Dishes. The staff at Cineplex went above and beyond. Everything was packaged super well (they double bagged the popcorn and put a sticker over the drinks, so that they wouldn't spill out) and they added a bag of Skittles for free, a coupon for a 50% off rental (on top of the one that came with our combo), 2 free movie vouchers free and a free popcorn voucher. The bag had a hand drawn Mickie Mouse on it too! Thanks Cineplex!

Absolutely amazing! We ordered popcorn on skip the dishes and picked it up at the store. They double bagged the popcorn so it wouldn't spill, added twizzlers gummies for free, a movie magazine with a coupon for a 50% off rental, free movie admission coupon for January, free movie admission coupon for February, and a free popcorn coupon for March. They went above and beyond for decorating the bag! I've told my whole family about our experience and have encouraged them to order popcorn as well! Great job Cineplex! Will be ordering popcorn again soon!
