Cineplex Odeon Victoria Cinemas

Was able to spoil our guest with the awesome seats and he treated us to the consessions. The extra butter in the popcorn was with it. Please consider keeping the matinees.

I like that this place is in walking distance from where i live. Theater's are not the biggest, but i dont actually really notice. Always clean and tidy. Staff are always helpful and friendly. I love all the recliner seats. I also really love the afternoon times. There is hardly anyone there for the afternoon shows during the week.

Movie theatre is pretty standard but the seating is terrible. Went there to see a movie and purchased tickets for my group however I was not informed these tickets were for the wheelchair area. One member of my group had to have a staff member bring him a chair from the lobby! I expect better from Cineplex than this

Great theatre downtown with lots of fun films to see. They do event shows as well, like opera and plays, sometimes anime features.

Great comfy seats that recline. Fair snack bar, no burgers or fries, no pizza, but popcorn and drinks are good.

My favourite theatre. The staff is friendly and the seats are the most comfortable in the city.

This is my favorite movie theatre in the Victoria area. The reclining seats, curved screens and high quality sound make the experience great.

Never go to Cineplex movie theater, they don't care about the customer's experience at all. When my friend and I tried to buy two Cocaine Bear movie tickets through the machine, we found that the machine was malfunctioning and there was no way to issue tickets. It caused us to stand there awkwardly, so I ran to the cinema to find the staff to repair the machine, they repaired the machine, and when they were about to give us the movie tickets, they said that the movie was booked for the next show, and they tried to say It's not their responsibility, it's not their responsibility to tell me that the printer that I paid for couldn't get out the movie tickets, they are not willing to provide any compensation for the inconvenience of buying tickets, when we asked for compensation, their attitude and arrogance, as if at all Don't care about customers! ! ! Terrible customer experience! Don’t do any business with Cineplex, it is wasting your money!

Clean friendly service great seats good concession only negative is a long way to washrooms from upper floors

2nd best seats in town (capitol 6 wins by a hair). Great location as well downtown. As long as you don't need the IMax experience its all you need

Not recommend to go to this cinema. They are such a scammer! Until now I still didn’t receive my refund! When I told them I don’t want to go to watch their movie anymore!

Great recliners. Concession is mighty pricey. Air conditioning wasn't adequate and we stuck to the chairs. Movie and sound are top notch. Update, have to mention the staff as charming and happy.

Facilities clean, recliners comfy, popcorn this time was too salty and no butter.

Most of the screens are small, the concession area is lacking, no entertainment such as arcade games.

Great chairs but bad views in terms of how small the screen looks from most seats. Popcorn tasted like the oil was rancid.

Recliners are cool (could do with a little TLC). We did have to wait nearly 10 minutes for tickets with only 2 people in line. 4 staff members working and only one actually serving.

Overall nice chilled cinema.

Informed staff that flashing lights in entrance trigger my and others' light sensitivities and could cause a seizure. I walked by weeks later and instantly got a migraine just passing by, since no action was taken.

Spoke with the Manager Lane last night. He was exceptional in his resolve to go above and beyond expectations to help movie goers achieve their entertainment ambitions.

Staff were great. The movie was supposed to start at 2: 30. Had to sit through 20 minutes of adds and trailers before a 3.5 hr movie. Good reason why I just rent at home.
