Ordered the Beer Braised Shortrib Sandwhich. Bread and complimentary toppings were good.

The main component which is the Short Rib was mainly Silver Skin / Tendon as seen in the picture. Leaving fat on is fine and understandable as it adds flavor but leaving the Silver Skin on the meat that is meant for a Sandwhich is not good as it's inedible and shows a lack of care in the product. As well it's not a small piece that was missed it was large and obvious.

Their other Sandwhiches looked nice, so maybe this is the off one.

Amazing place for hot & prepared Italian food! Highly reccomend. Pasta, Braised Beef, Roasted Veg, Pork Belly, sandwiches. They also have Italian sodas, desert, freshly squeezed OJ a good frozen selection of sauces and lasagna. My go to spot for healthy fast food.

Not a lot of space to sit with a group of people, I think one table that can sit 4 people comfortably and a row of counter top and stools.

Great selection of handhelds, pastas, ready-to-go meals, soups/stocks and desserts. I usually pop in for the Roasted Porchetta sandwich. The crunch on that skin is exceptional. I’ve also had their All Natural Italian Hot Pork Sausage sandwich and this too is mouth-watering. Beware, these sandwiches are messy but well worth it! One sandwich I’ve been meaning to try is their Steamworks Beer Braised Beef Short Rib sandwich, ugh that sounds amazing!

Their selection of hot foods & ready to go meals varies, and are also decently priced.

Food order queue (when it gets busy) is actually at the back of the Cucina, though staff are usually friendly and will assist you wherever.

A local gem! I've been here for their deli/meat shop before but didn't realize there was a Cucina next door. It is fantastic and you would be amiss to not pick up some food while there! We got 2 sandwiches, the Angelo, a meatball sandwich and the Porchetta sandwich. I have sampled a lot of porchetta in my day and this has got to the the juiciest, most flavorful porchetta I've had! Also the crispy edges were extra crispy which I love because it doesn't seem right when it doesn't have that crispy bite. 10000% recommend you eat here! There's no seats really except a small table and a patio table outside but it's really a pickup and go type. They also have a great selection of premade pastas and sauces which are good for take home and on my next grocery list!

One of the best places to get any sort of amazing Italian home cooked food you could think of. Sandwiches to DIE FOR and hot cooked buffet of meats veggies and pasta. Always leaves me satisfied

Service is great, selection is good, however found the food to be very underseasoned. Meatballs were bland, tomato sauce was watery and lacking flavour. Chicken tender wrap was quantity over quality.

Really wanted to like it, sadly didn't.

For a long time I haven’t eat such as delicious dish. Less is more and that’s what I found. Healthy food and well seasoned.

Great place to enjoy great food. Exceptionally creative culinary skills. Never fails to surprise.

This place used to be good but the quality of service and food as gone down so much. The people working behind the counter always seem annoyed when people come in like we are bothering them. They are rude when you ask questions, they never know what's in the food when you ask them the ingredients they have to search for someone who knows hopefully, they don't know the price of items so they just charge whatever. I was charged for a veal protein yet I got chicken. It was over priced and the quality is not good anymore, meats are always almost over cooked and dry, the arancini are so greasy and they charge you a fortune for them and the Prosciutto ones never have any actual Prosciutto in it just cheese. I won't be wasting my time or money in this place ever again. Ridiculous you need to charge affordable prices for the quality your serving as its not gourmet and the service is terrible. I'd give you no stars if I could.

My company have done catering services with Cioffe three times and my colleagues raves about the quality and quantity. We always order their specialty pasta with mushroom and chicken, meat lasagna and veggie lasagne. All delicious! There tiramisu is scrumptious as well. Highly recommended for big company lunches! Will order again!

Get the beer braise short rib sandwich! Sooo good! Knowledge staff but sometimes service is slow if their busy or chatting with each other.

Bought a sandwich to go. Couldn't even eat it. Full of grease and tasted horrible. It's literally 5 minutes to walk home from Cioffi's and the sandwich was a soggy mess. Will never go back. 14 dollars down the drain.

They have a really amazing selection of well made food. You can eat in, take out, or buy frozen stuff for later. It is kind of like eating in a deli which is sort of fun. You should really try it

Place is the real deal! Eat the spinach balls and the spicy sausages! Talk to the staff, they're all really committed to the joint and knowledgeable about the product. Hit up the butcher next door in the same family too, and consider the catering options!

Excellent sandwiches and place for a causal bite to eat. Also have other hot Italian food options that looked very good.

Many Italians were shopping there, so that was a good sign as wel.

I wanted this to be a go-to lunch spot, but after a bought of food poisoning I have been hesitant to go back. The pastries are also left out on the counter without a shield/cover.

Good food, horrible service.the guy behind the counter yelled at me for trying to order food thankfully the woman beside him took my order.while i was waiting, 5 people walked out of the place because not a single person would look up and serve them.

Very tasty sandwiches.we’ve looked all over Vancouver for veal Parmesan sandwiches and finally found them here. Food is worth the less than desirable customer service.

Great store for all your cooking needs we go here to get special ingredients to make prosciutto and sausage s always a great treat in store!
