I utilize a relatively small manual wheelchair to get around and the employee/owner had a major issue with it. I went down an isle and realized at the end that the clearance was only about 1.5ft and I would not be able to pass through. There must have been a bag of chips that had fallen on the floor and because I was backing up and focused on not disturbing the narrow isle I hit it. I deeply apologized even though this in no way was my fault. THIS IS AN INACCESSIBLE STORE THAT DOES NOT THINK OF OR CARE ABOUT DISABLED INDIVIDUALS. Although I apologized, the damaged bag of chips infuriated the employee causing him to continue to attack my husband and I as we were about to approach the counter. He even came back to cause a confrontation telling me to be more careful (I am an excellent wheeler), however it is hard to see behind me on the floor as I navigate this non-accessible store. Being disabled can be very frustrating and being told that I need to do better by a stranger who had a chip on his shoulder off the hop is not something I need. When he came back as my husband and I were calmly finishing our shopping he said to us that we were being rude to him and he would kick us out. I tried to explain the issue and why I had to back up in the first place, he would not listen to me, proceeded to cut me off, and then attack my husband for “swearing” when all he said was, “it’s not our fault that your store is not accessible for all individuals. ” We were going to purchase our ice cream, and candy however the employee became so irrational that he was screaming at us that he was calling the cops. Needless to say we left all our items on the counter and went elsewhere. This individual/employee was ableist and discriminated upon a wheelchair user. Do not support this hateful store where being disabled is not acceptable. My heart is broken, and my faith in humanity has faltered.

The website says this store is open 24hrs a day, but the employee working today (Nov 17) just informed me that they're closed - every day between 330-5am. Dun fact, this business confirmed their hours of operation only 6 weeks ago. Furthermore, I was in this store making a purchase during those hours only four days ago.
Suddenly they're closed? Not impressed.

After going here for months without many issues other than the ice cream for swirlers being out of order constantly, they other day I was going to enter the store around 7pm and a lady in a wheelchair was going to enter the store. I, like a gentleman held the door open and allowed her to enter first. The employee then came and stood in front of me and said only 1 person can shop at a time. Then proceed to lock door. Sunday Oct 15th 2023. I won't be returning to this store anymore, ill walk across the street to 7-11 where they want my money. Close this location down if you don't want to help customers.

An old man with crutches needed to use the washroom and it was an emergency. The storeman refused to let the old man use the washroom under any circumstance. He could see that the man was having difficulty walking and he had only just managed to enter the store, yet there was no sympathy.

The man came to an embarrassing situation and there was no humanity in the store.

I go in the store regularly. I understand that when cruise ships.come in it gets busy and embarrassing. So I went and got my And then I looked for the ticket machine. Drink on the counterAnd she's yelling at me saying I'mAnd she's yelling at me saying I'mstealing. I I then go up to the counter with my drink and my tickets where is she then tells me how I need text time I must check my tickets first then I van get other things. Then tells me she has no cash I have to spend my mo ey. Cruise ship is in. Its busy there is no way you have a cash float of 20 bucks only so the lady yelled, made accusations, belittled me, denied proper service for for something your store offers, told me how to do make my purchase next time and then tried to yp sell me. If theres that much theftcyour going to make such a scene over a slurpee (that's near a door not leaving the store) then pay for security, if scanning tickets by the door is going to cause such a scene then move the machine, and when your staff mistakes something and publicly embarrasses a customer base minus should be an apology not a lecture followed by scamming more money from them. I wont be going there again. That whole situation was appalling and rather go without then money to a store like that

I usually don't put an opinion when it's not a restaurant, but there frankly the quality of the reception and service zero and I wanted to share it! I arrived just to do just a Lotto and I had four tickets to register. The young woman at the cash desk tells me that I'm going to have to wait on the side to pass the customers behind because there are too many tickets to pass lol is this a joke? I too am waiting

It's the usual convienince store experience (I can't spell) but one of the slush machines is supposed to be orange but is green so it's a lil silly goofy

9: 03pm Went to purchase item and cashier was on phone. Asked if they were finished the call and was told not to worry, "I am on a conference call, go ahead with purchase". No thank you, not while you are on a conference call,

Came here for the Froster Swirl but the ice cream machine was down.
Please fix your ice cream machine so we can enjoy a Swirl!
Go to the one on Cook St, their machine is working!

Don’t buy lotto there! The guy tried to scam me and wanted me to pay for my free wins that I won!

The store has bathrooms available to customers but they refuse to let them use it even if they buy something. Then proceeded to accuse a bunch of children of stealing and kicked us out. Terrible customer service.

One stop shop for many items. Owners and staff are friendly and professional and create a neighbourhood vibe. Clean and organized shop.

I was waiting in line, behind 5 other people, to buy bus tickets when a random man stole a bunch of donuts. After I paid, the clerk singled me out and lectured me, saying I should have warned her, and that I was rude to laugh at the situation. Totally inappropriate, out of touch, and uncalled for. Last time they get my business.

I work overnights and despite displaying as 24 hours employees constantly lock the doors and hide in the back. I have to call to get them to come out of the back and wave to them to open up.

I understand it can be dangerous in the area at night. But if you're going to lock the door at least keep an eye on the front incase customers want to purchase something.

AJAY KUMAR is the most amazing person, he was so kind and helpful, being a women and giving him a brief description of urgency and him letting me use the bathroom is the most amxizng human thing he could have done, he went out of his way to help me and my friend, and this isn’t the first night he has done this, seriously the best worker I have ever encountered here and at any circle K

Really great service, I always visit the store for their ice creams which is so delicious. The supervisor Rosie is always nice and cheerful.

The lady that works here knows her stuff! Some of the guys - not so much. Usually talking on their phones. Some of the aisles are blocked off at night and it is occasionally so hot that the chocolate melts.

Love love love it. Great service. Sense of humour. Polite and welcoming. Become a regular due to the fact they give great deals. Plus they got soft ice cream coke machines. So awesome. Lol. Yum. Got my loyalty Pardeep & Eve ….

Love going here! Me and my bf live down the street and we have 711 right next to us but we always walk the extra mile just to go to circle K the workers are amazing people and super friendly! They always help us even when it’s super busy! And they actually care about people! The place is well kept together and the staff make it that much better! Love this place for all our needs! They have pretty much everything you can buy at 711 but cheaper! You have to go here if you live in Victoria! Save your money and skip 711 go here instead waaaaay cheaper it’s actually disturbing how low the prices are compared to 711 and they sell the same products! Must go here!
