Second time in a row that I've been stricken with severe gastrol distress after drinking one of their frosties with the ice cream addition.

Clearly they do not clean their machines very regularly. I wonder the other food safe issues they have.

The first time I wasn't sure if it was from Circle K, but with exact same result the 2nd time in 3 months it is guaranteed the stores hygiene is a problem.

Missing items and incorrect items in a single delivery order. I mean it can't be worse than this. Does the owner even care what their employees are doing? Thought I should let others know anyways. Careful with online orders. Waste of time and money since you won't get what you ordered.

What an absolute joke this store is. They claim to be open 24 hours but the doors are always locked at night and the staff are rude and verbally abusive about it. Here is a free business tip for you Circle K, stop lying to potential customers and just turn off the lights and put your actual business hours on the door with a closed sign if you don't actually want to serve the residents of downtown. I have seen the "owner" replying to others on here that the issue will be addressed, that is a lie, this has been happening repeatedly for at least 6 months. The more probable reason this happens is that the "owner" understaffs the store at night and needs the one person there to stock shelves since the store is too understaffed in the day to do it then either. Not open 24 hours, as they suggest online. I saw staff inside, but the door was locked. Very disappointing, as I could have gotten something to eat somewhere else on my way home.

It's the only place to buy medicine after 10pm in the neighborhood, and they randomly close with no notice.

Please update your hours. Very inconvenient for people who may need medicine late at night

The price at the shelf for a 66 g bag of old Dutch salt and vinegar chips is $1.89 plus tax but the cash register rings it up as $1.99 plus tax. Make of that what you will. Check the price on the shelf and compare it to the price at the till. I will not be returning because of the incorrect price and no correction at the till.

I love the fact that the stores have ice cream for ice cream slurpies etc etc. But about 95% of the time when I go to take my son to go get a ice cream slurpie the stores machine is out of service.i get it that the machines break down sometimes but when I got at least 2 - 3 times a week and they r out of service those days. Not to mention this one day I went to4 stores and phoned 2 other and wouldn't you know they where out of service as well. Makes me think that they are not broke and there is just some laziness of the employees

Friendly staff, good selection, decently priced with many 2 for less deals, but the info is not updated. I needed to call the store after realizing- at home- I had been given the wrong item at checkout. I wanted to call to make sure I could exchange for the item I had asked for, but I am unable to find a working phone number. I fear if I wait till tomorrow I won’t be able to, so quite annoying having to go out again. Please update info with valid phone #

Not as good a shop as 7-11 but closer to my home. Most items are more expensive than non- convenience stores in the area. I like the icecream and all beef hotdogs. Coffee is good too.

The staff at this circle K are very nice, considering it’s location I Imagine they deal with quite a lot of drama on a day to day basis and the staff always seems to handle it professionally. The young man who works the majority of the nights shifts is especially good at his job! Thumbs up!

Not 24 hr location. Twice closed in the middle of the night for 30+ min for "cleaning". People turned away while some kid sits there listening to headphones.

The customer service in the store is terrible, and it is always a mess and dirty outside of it.

I don't often visit convenience stores but I needed Tonic water and Wellburn's was sold out. When I was at the checkout one of the other employees went out of his way to tell me about the 2 for 1 deal on Tonic water and ask me if I would rather have a cold bottle out of the cooler.

I was semi-lost in downtown Victoria, looking for an ATM and area maps. Mac's had both, and the proprietor was patient with my questions. He also introduced me to a regular customer, who directed me to the nearby stores I was searching for.

Macs is the place to be,
it's almos like some sort of all night grocery. I come here for some good times and quick grocery items to satiate my thirst and/or hunger
