Circle Restoration

Circle Restoration replaced all our flooring after we had a flood. The entire process went smoothly. All furniture and old flooring was removed then replaced. Their staff was friendly, professional and courteous. Thank you Circle.

Joseph and Raj worked with the skills and knowledge and put in a lot of effort to finish the project in our suite. It is certainly a satisfactory completion. We would like to thank them very much

We experienced a sewer backup in a strata townhome and Circle’s team helped us through every part of the issue. Excellent communication, coordination and workmanship for all the tasks involved. I manage an apartment and townhouse complex in Abbotsford and we use Circle for all our damage remediation/restoration needs. Their people are friendly, they show up when they say they're going to, and the quality of the work meets or exceeds expectations. They recently finished a complete renovation of an apartment that had been trashed by drug addicts and the professionalism and competence of the whole team really took away the stress of the situation. I will no reccomend this company, the experience that I passed with them is very unfortunate. Back in December last year after the snow fall on Christmas eve, the building I live in had water damaged, the strata decided to contact Circle restoration to fix the problems in the units, they came several times to do the work and inspect, everything was going as it was supposed to until the final work needed to be done. They did the repair and painting of the ceiling but the work wasn't done very well, the patch was highly noticeable as too much texture was added. I emailed customer service and they sent the same guy to do the job again, and again he did the exact same thing. It was clear that he didn't know how to create the the texture so it could blend into the old one. After talking to a manager he basically told me that it was my problem, that they had done more than they were supposed to do and that if wanted the job done I should pay from my own pocket. I don't feel that this is a correct way to treat the final customer. It leave me with the feeling that they don't really care about home owners, that they are more into getting the money from the strata insurance. I have been left with a horrible patch on my livingroom ceiling that at some point will make my property loose value, I'm a newcomer and this is my first home, I never imagined having to go througha situation like this, I'm so sad, angry and disappointed.

Circle was great to work with. I had a flood and the floors needed to be replaced along with a couple of walls. Since our possessions were removed, we took the opportunity to do other renovations. Keith was great to work with through all of this work. He made sure to keep me informed of their timelines and provided updates along the way. He also provided me great advice so I could make sound decisions through the renovations we did. I would work with them again.

Keith was great to deal with. There was a fire above me and glass and smoke debris covered my patio. Glass was between all the deck tiles and it was painstaking work. But his team came out the same day and it looked good as new by evening, the same day as the fire. Many thanks to Keith and the team and I highly recommend them!

I would like to thank Keith Stacey of Circle Restoration for his quick response to my request to help with a water flooding issue caused by a fire sprinkler, accidently damaged on the ground level suite of my property late Saturday evening on January 21st. 2023.

The team was at my house in about thirty minutes and attended to the problem.
The restoration process took about three weeks which we are very impressed with and would like to thank Keith and his team at the office and on the job. Some names that come to mind are: Justine at the office, Darren, Nathen and Carlos with the equipment, Bernard that did a very good job with the ceiling patch work, Dominic with the sprinkler, Malik and Frank at Tec Floors with the carpets.

Really great experience working with Keith and his team at Circle. They were very prompt with response, really professional, and above all, extremely efficient with their repairs. They helped us get our restaurant back up and running again after a water leak.

Just had a Circle team of Yousef and Edward (I hope I'm getting their names right and I apologize if I am not) in our basement putting back drywall and painting after a sewage leak and my wife and I couldn't be happier. They communicated well, went above and beyond what we thought they would do, and they finished their portion of the job faster than we thought possible. Highly recommend.

Had the unfortunate experience of flooding from above my condo damaging my ceiling and walls. Luckily Yosef and Raj from Circle Restoration helped me get everything looking new again! This was the best repair experience I have ever had. We had a copper pipe leak and our insurance set us up with circle restoration for removal of the mold etc and drywall repair. We were given a concierge Derek who was wonderful to interact with, super communicative and quick to get things scheduled and done. The guys who did the work on our home kept everything clean and tidy, and left our ceiling looking better than it did before the leak happened. I would highly recommend circle restoration.

Deep was our tech for drywall and painting and he did a super job over two days. He replaced the drywall perfectly, and came back the next day to paint, putting on a stain blocker coat, and two top coats of regular paint. He was on time, careful, thorough, clean, and polite.

I was very appreciative of Keith and his team who responded very quickly following a flood caused by a sprinkler leak during freezing weather in January 2022. The service was efficient and I was able to move back into my unit sooner than expected. Keith was very responsive to my many queries.

We recently had some water damage in our suite from the room next to us. Circle was called in and they setup some fans / dehumidifiers to try and remove the water from the floor and the dry wall. They managed to get it out of the water but the wall needed some work.
They were great to schedule the work on the dry wall so that they would take it down one day and put a new one up the next. We had some left over paint so it was easy to match. Yousuf put in the new dry wall and he was very careful to make sure everything was done right and looks great at the end. Thank you!

Do not let them enter your condo.they will ruin it and leave without the source of leak or evidences of where the leak from and will just put whatever they thought into the report. They will just make you pay for the expensive cost which it's not accurate. They are so stupid, expensive and not professional. They just want to do the work to make money, but couldnt show the result.do not waste money for them.

Professional and responsive. Completed our repairs very timely and to good quality utilizing both in house staff and accredited sub-trades. Can't comment on charge out rates as this went through insurance.

Had a flood in my condo and they showed up right away with fans and dehumidifiers. After a couple days they gave me a report on what was damaged and should be replaced. Once we moved forward they were right on the schedule they gave me and very professional about packing and unpacking the home and dealt with my insurance company directly. I will definitely call them again if something comes up.

Justin Bonney and hi s crew were fantastic. They repaired the water damage at the townhouse I was renovating very quickly and efficiently. I was impressed with their attention to detail and quality of the work. Very talented carpenters. Would hire them any time I needed restoration work.

We had a very positive experience with Circle Restoration, who recently completed repairs of water damage in our condo. Our project manager Derek was very helpful in answering all of our questions and coordinating communications between tradespeople and our insurance company. Circle Restoration did an excellent job of taking care of our condo after smoke and water damage from the condo above us. Keith Stacey the project manager was excellent - responsive, good communication and his team worked really hard so we could move in before Xmas - having been out since October. Exclusive Flooring did a fantastic job with the hardwood - the flooring crew did a great job.

I’m totally happy with this company. I received good advice making choices for the project design. They started and completed the project ahead of schedule. The folks were all pleasant, professional and polite. The job site was kept tidy. The workmanship was great. They returned quickly and cheerfully to make a small adjustment I asked for after completion. There was always good communication from the manager, office and carpenters.
I highly recommend this exceptional company. I will definitely ask for their services again.

We were experiencing water leaks on our front deck that was causing water ingress to the strata unit below us. Our strata hired Circle Restoration to replace the vinyl decking and we were very pleased with the service and quality of their work. The two young men who completed the work were courteous, hard working, and paid attention to detail. Overall positive experience and would recommend them for future work.

Great option for Whistler home owners or managers who are in need of great restoration work. After working with Walsh restoration in the past and being very disappointed with Walsh's quality of service, it was night and day working with Circle Restoration! They responded very fast on a Sunday and had everything restored within a couple of weeks. They saved me from needing to spend time and money of more extensive renovations because they worked so fast! Thanks for the great work

Very dissapoing and stressful experience. Avoid this company if possible. These guys do not do quality work and they have very unskilled labour with sketchy workers. Our strata uses them and you will more than likely end up hiring someone to come in after them to finish the job correctly as we did and other reviews say on different sites. They cut corners wherever they can, the start date they give when selling the job does not come close to actual start dates. Very expensive and no real follow up or actual checking from owner. I hope I never have to deal with this companany again. You have been I warned.

Horrible company! Do not use them. They are unprofessional and rude. They don't clean up after themselves, and the job takes forever to be completed. Canstar and Belfor are way better!

As a former employee of circle restoration I would 110% recommend this career to anyone in the trades looking for a dynamic, challenging and fun workplace that is always changing from jobsite to jobsite. The management and support staff that Upper management have created is hands down the best I’ve ever worked with. You feel confident going into sites with everything you need to accomplish the task at hand. If you treat the job seriously you will be taken seriously. Circle restoration also works in accordance to the BC labour laws (something that I’ve noticed in construction dosent happen all that often) if you work a half hour of overtime you get paid a half hour of overtime. If it weren’t for family matters out of town I would definitely still be working here.
