Good people and service, but buyer beware with Gold Jewelry purchases. I got a 14k chain from Daniel and wasn't happy with the link style for a pendant. He did order an exchange for me, but here's the part I didn't like. The original chain was 11.5g of 14k I paid $860 for. The replacement chain was 10gs of 14k for $800 and I was only given back $60. If you do the math I got charged more for the exchange chain than the original purchase. I probably won't do business with them again.

Damaged my watch when they did a battery change and refused to repair THEIR damage unless I paid $35! In Canada we believe that ‘if you break it, you fix it! ’. These charlatans deserve to go out of business!

Prompt, professional service. The prices are extremely good, I took my watch in for a battery change and it was 7$ and done within 10 minutes. My family has been coming here for years. Lots of selection including watch straps! Makes me smile it’s family run.

Got my watch battery changed for $6! It's a family run business, and their service is awesome. They had a handful of my favourite watches: Citizen Promaster Divers, Seiko 5 GMT, Seiko 5KX models, Casio G-Shock watches, and many more. I was surprised to see some of the most sought after watches here! Didn't expect to see such a collection under one roof. Overall, for anyone looking forward to purchasing a new mid-tier watch, replacing a battery, and servicing their precious time pieces, this is a must visit place.

Heard many good things about this shop so I took a watch in that has been sitting in a drawer for years. They replaced the battery, cleaned the mechanism and added a link to the strap and charged me only $6.00! And they did all this while I waited.

I took a gold ring to be resized half a size smaller. They seemed very knowledgeable and had it done in 2 days for a reasonable price. Very happy with the service, glad I found this place and they are very deserving of their excellent reviews.
