As Kelly says "life changing". With my E-trike every ride feels like I am still on the prairie.

This is the only place that you can get a Riese Müller bicycle. As well as many other bicycles around the world. I wish that I was a lot more wealthy to buy one, but they are very considerate when it comes to letting you try it out. It is the only place to get some of these very high-end electrical bicycles on the island. You can say that you can go to Victoria or Vancouver. Just these guys would also be there in a jiffy if you need help unlike the former due to distance. They also a very sweet about my dog.

I was impressed with the ebike inventory and accessories for a small town. The owner is very knowledgeable and friendly service. Ime not sure why the store doesn't allow regular drop in shoppers? I made an appointment online which was easy and had to change it on the fly to a later time which was easy as well. Very comparable if not better selection than most ebike stores in Victoria. Highly recommend if your looking to buy an ebike you'll definitely get personalized service.

I took the plunge! Did some research on e-bikes and talked to my cousin in Holland who said Gazelle e-bikes are very popular and made in Holland. Being the dutch girl that I am I had to have one. I love the smoothness of transitioning to hills, the fact that I still have to pedal and not let the bike do all the work, i like the belt drive rather than the chain, there’s so much I love about this bike that I bought one! Kelly was absolutely awesome and so patient with me. I tried other brands but ended with the 1st one I tried and that was the Gazelle. Mike got me more familiar with the battery etc. Over all it was a fantastic experience and I Will recommend Citrus Cycles to everyone I know! Very professional and extremely knowledgeable team! Thank you so much Citrus Cycles!

Prices vary to fit different budgets. Great service and they return all phone calls, text messages and emails! After purchasing a bike, I added a couple of options which they quickly installed. Great place to deal with)

My wife and I were new to electric bikes. We made an appointment with Kelly, the owner of Citrus Cycles. Wait, an appointment? Yep. This place is different. We had Kelly’s undivided attention. He very patiently gave us an e-bike education, answered our questions, ascertained our needs and set us up for test rides. Kelly is passionate about e-bikes, and very knowledgeable. He also knows the local scene well as a daily rider himself. The bikes here are different too. Mostly (all?) European, brands you don’t see elsewhere. We both bought bikes that we are extremely happy with. Overall, couldn’t have been a better experience.

Kelly stocks excellent high quality e-bikes. He has tested and reviewed most of them. He is very knowledgeable and an experienced daily e-bike commuter and long distance tourer. He is a good listener and so makes very sound suggestions. I like his approach of requiring potential buyers to come to the drop-in hours posted on the website or make appointments because then you receive his undivided attention. Buying an e-bike involves a lot of research, testing of the bicycle and accessories, reading reviews, watching videos, consideration and learning so give yourself lots of time. I finally purchased my bicycle on my 4th appointment and did lots of research in between. I am very pleased with the entire process and the bicycle plus accessories I selected. Can't wait for my free tune up after I cycle 250 km.

After having an awkward and uncomfortable experience with a bike shop in Victoria, we took the time to make the drive to Chemainus based on the knowledgable advice and information that the owner provided over the phone.

I learned enough about E-bikes in the short time spent with Kelly, to make a confident choice, and I now have an E bike that I really like, and use and enjoy!

My e-bike battery was kaput and 2 months past its warranty. Yikes as they cost$1000+
A loaner battery was provided by Citrus Cycles and a deposit was made in case Bosch would not cover it under the expired warranty.

After several month, the deposit was refunded back to my bank account via e-transfer as Bosch covered Citrus with a new battery.
