Two stars, one for using a sterilization device on their tools and one for a cute salon.

My first visit, I booked mani/pedis for me and my mother-in-law, with the pedicure first and manicure second. They thought I booked one mani/pedi, with MIL getting the pedicure while I waited to get my manicure once she was done. What? ! They shuffled their staffing and got us both done. Bad communication but I was happy to make a second appointment as I did leave with what I booked.

Second visit was six days ago. I told the technician to cut my first two toenails straight across as I tend to get ingrown nails if they are rounded. Three days later and curious about my stinging toes, I see that she cut down the sides of these nails. They are swollen and painful, and I’m having nightly salt water soaks waiting for them to grow out.

Cute salon, sweet staff, but bad communication and they seem to do what they want. I cancelled my third appointment.

I had a pedicure for the first time. The technician name was tomoko (not too sure). She was super friendly and very gentle! Only one thing bad was they don't have a chair. So you need to sit on the couch and put your foot on the small object during the pedicure. But other than that, super cute and pretty interior and nice staffs!

Willing to back to this shop again!

Had been to Citrus quite some years ago and had a terrible experience and had not returned. I had been told by some friends that things had changed and I should try it again. So I scheduled 2 appointments for 6: 00 for two pedicures with myself and my mother-in-law on a Monday evening. I was called around 4: 00 the same day to ask if I could come in earlier. I confirmed that the salon was open until 7: 00 p.m. When I mentioned that I had a previous engagement and that I would try my best, there was disappointment in the receptionist's voice. My mother-in-law and I were able to show up about 20 minutes prior to our appointment and we were met with shocked faces. We were then asked to wait. I told them it was not a problem as we were not in a rush. When we got in to start our treatment at 5: 50 p.m. It was the most rushed treatment that both of us have ever received. My mother-in-law had gel polish on her toes and I was informed that it would be an additional cost of $10 to remove the polish. Despite the fact that we were having full pedicures done at the salon. I've never had to pay for a gel polish removal when I'm getting a full treatment done anyways. It was very evident that the three girls that were working wanted to leave early. It was the most rushed, non-relaxing, uncaring pedicure we had ever had! The total treatment time was 13 minutes from start to finish. When it was time to pay I paid by card. I was ruffling through my wallet looking for cash for a tip (I always like to pay tips in cash if I can). While doing so, the receptionist asked if I was going to leave a tip. Not going to lie. I was kind of offended and decided to not leave as big of a tip as I potentially normally would. Even considering the service was not spectacular. No sooner did my mother-in-law and I walk to our car. The three ladies that were working were walking out the door. It's honestly going to take a very long time to return back to Citrus if I even return it all.

I’ve been a regular customer with Ruby for a few months now. She is warm & welcoming with great attention to detail. Every gel manicure I have done with her has lasted very well with no polish (or nail) chips. The pedicure experience is great too, from the comfy couch to the cleanliness of the tools used. Overall I am very happy to have found Citrus.

Love getting a pedi here - friendly, quiet, thorough service at a reasonable rate. Always happy when I leave.

Staff are so friendly and they always do a good job! They will do exactly what you ask them and makes changes if you need - very accommodating. They’re paint so close to the nail bed but never touch the skin. Highly recommend
