Thank you to Tracey and Reuban for the ultimate City Experience on Friday. Immediately I felt right at home with big smiles, happy faces and service that flies over the moon. The store is beautiful but the customer service is next level. Product knowledge and suggestions from personal experiences made buying a breeze. The kindness of these 2 is unmatched but I suspect with other staff everyone is magic. I love this shop so much and I adore the employees even more. Tracey is the sweetest most kind hearted human and Reu is so chill, and so cool that it’s hard to stop at just a few products. Thank you both for all that you do, your efforts are recognized. I’ll be back ️

I don't write reviews until now. What a great experience, from the beautiful storefront and interior to the wonderful and knowledgeable staff. Top quality products too. Not the normal dried out little buds you normally see from dispensaries

My first visit today, and I came in with plenty of questions. Andre patiently worked with me to answer all my questions and make sure that I was able to find everything I was looking for! I was impressed with the selection as well as the service, expect I will be a returning customer after this great experience

Staff are great with our dog even though he is a rascal and just wants treats, amazing weed aswell. Best doobie store in Comox

The staff are well educated about their products, and.they're always willing to learn new things from their customers. I use their oils to help with pain and sleep disorders. They always reccomend great products. Special thanks to Britt and John.

Had a fantastic visit to this super uniquely beautiful shop with some very freindly staff! We were helped and educated and darn right entertained by staff member named chariti! Me and my wife left with smiles and thought this was the kind of shopping experience worth writing about. So I sure hope who ever reads these that is in the upper levels of that company gives that fine lady the "pat" on the back she deserves! This store is huge, but inviting. Clean, without being sterile. It is very modern, with an open layout peppered with living plants and even a couple shop fish! It's very inviting, and my first stop the next time I'm in Comox.
I met the manager, Chariti, and instantly felt like I was connecting with a dear friend. She was welcoming, and knowledgeable and an all around joy to meet. I think we discussed every type of available way to consume, it was a lovely discord on a rainy Saturday night. Can't wait to catch up and chat cannabis again!

City cannabis has a friendly and knowledgeable staff who clearly know their product. And the assistant manager Brittany is an absolute joy. I love the variety of products as well as the way they're displayed. Anytime I've had a question or was looking to try something new, all i had to do was ask and the staff were quick to help but not in that pushy way some sales people can be. You know?

Chariti the Manager was AMAZING! So knowledgeable, and passionate about her product! Would definitely recommend 10/10! The store looks really cool to, so alive and classy. City Canabis is the best of the stores in valley!

Staff friendly and helpful but vastly outnumbered customers. Difficult to understand the justification for the number of staff present. I doubt that I'll ever go back as the merchandise is overpriced for what you get. The THC candy for me is just a very very expensive piece of candy. Nothing else.

Welcoming and professional. The live edge wood and plants are a very comforting space. Staff are so wonderful, excellent service from Shaughn! I don’t know much and appreciate the help to see what I need.

I'm sorry to say once again the flower I bought was dead. Completely over dried to a powdery crisp. This over drying has killed the terpenes and thc content. However the woman who helped me was fantastic. Too bad the stock doesn't match the talk.
