Great place with TONS of options and extremely helpful staff. Patrick helped us out and taught us a great amount along the way. I'd highly recommend going if you have an idea of what you're wanting but may not be sure what will get you there most effectively.

First time going to a boutique like these. Loved that there's a wide variety of products and the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable, especially Patrick!
He explained everything so well to us and gave me a very personalized recommendation to help with my anxiety.

Definitely will come back again.

Went in for my usual pick up where I fumble around until I find a couple things I want to try, usually don’t get very much help when looking, but today I had the pleasure of being assisted by Patrick at the Robson location, and I have never in my few years of frequently visiting dispensaries been as well informed as I was dealing with Patrick, I even ended up picking out a couple extra items than I intended because my experience was so phenomenal through and through. I hope I get to deal with him from now on! Give that man a raise!

My favourite dispensary in Vancouver so far. The store is beautiful and the staff extremely friendly. They're always happy to give you info and suggestions on strains and THC to CBD percentages to make sure you have an enjoyable experience

I love the selection that City Cannabis has - and the staff are great, too! Especially Angelina - I have chronic pain, and every time I have questions, she gives me all the options of things that will help me. I use the Wildflower pain stick on the go, and CBD oil to help with pain relief and insomnia. She is super knowledgeable about all the products, and is always super friendly. I’ve sent friends to the store, and told them to ask her for suggestions, too.

I've been to a number of different dispensaries and it has always seemed like the staff is not 100% up on their products. I have an artificial shoulder that causes me to be in pretty constant discomfort/pain. I had stopped in at City Cannabis and met Angelina. I explained to her that I wanted a product that would help elevate the pain and ease the muscle spasms.and I didn't want to be "high". She was a pro! I was shown and educated on different ointments, oils, etc. I settled on a topical application that has been absolutely brilliant!
This place is so much more than a "pot" store!
Thanks to her knowledge and customer service, I will be coming back without question!

I enjoy visiting this location most. Incredible service, extremely knowledgeable staff and a warm friendly environment. Any of the staff members is more than capable of suggesting the top crop. Ask for Angelina for a more in depth dive into Terps, Dabs and all your smoking needs. I appreciate most the knowledge and tips this location has shared with me. I’ll surely be back and I suggest anyone in the area to check them out.

Really love this store! What sets it apart from the rest in the game is the staffs immense knowledge on product proves to be very helpful especially if you dont know exactly what product you looking for. Angelina is a huge help everytime im in there she greats me with a warm glow and always has the best products and best information in the game! Thanks angelina:)

By far my worst cannabis experience yet.price are worse than even any other private store I have been too, with by far the worst service I have seen from a cannabis company. Only 7 day return as opposed to 10-14 from others.

I was helped by Angelina and she was absolutely amazing. Helped my right away and was super nice and friendly. The place has such a nice, professional vibe and I felt very comfortable. Will definitely be coming back!

Was looking for an ounce and I definitely found the right with the organic bandwagon. Nice people and good service from Antonio.

Terrible delivery and customer services. First they told me my order had been delivered and may have been left with the concierge (which is ILLEGAL, by the way). Then they tell me they "found my package" and I will be receiving it shortly. That was nearly 3 hours ago. They've changed the ETA SIX times in the past 2.5 hours and I'm just sitting here like a fool waiting for the delivery person. All this on top of being an obscenely expensive dispensary. It's not worth it giving your money to these greedy and clearly unorganized people.

If you're looking for fair prices and a decent customer service/delivery experience, look elsewhere. There are tons of other dispensaries in Vancouver that offer much better customer service and prices with FREE 1-2 hours delivery. Burb, Westcanna, Muse cannabis, Fire and flower, Yaletown Cannabis are only a few of them. All highly recommended.

Great people, great selection, and I have bought both instore, and via delivery. Even the delivery guy was very congenial and helpful.

Went in today to look for something more natural to help me sleep throughout the night. Spoke with Michael and he provided me with some very good information of products that would benefit me, the strain they consist of and why it would benefit my circumstances. I will go back here because of his professionalism, additionally the shop is very well set up and a comfortable atmosphere. Will recommend to others to come here and speak to Michael for any assistance.

Super pricey but super great service and atmosphere too! I’m not cannabis expert so not sure if the flowers are good or not. They had a decent range of oils though, and helped us find the right fit. The oil is meant to help with sleep and is doing it’s job; not cheap though.

This place is nice but the prices here are substantially more than other places. Specifically the Pure Vida Night/Day oils. They're $65.00 here but $44.00 at other stores for the EXACT same thing. I understand maybe $5 more due to their location, etc. But $20.00 more when there's a place in the West End for $44.00? WHAT A RIP OFF.

Reply to owner response- What do your store discounts and promotions have to do with that fact that you charge at least 40% more for some of your products than stores in the same area? Your response is in no way related to my review on here.

Great atmosphere and service. Bought a 3 pack of pre-rolls for before a concert. But they were rolled so tight you couldn't take a puff. Wouldn't recommend.
