Half the stuff you have outside to show you don’t have and stuff you need they don’t have the right amount of it so you have to buy a higher amount waste of time

First time I went i was nervous cuz there was too much information but Samantha helped me out to understand what could be the best for me!

The manager helped me get out of the snow when lots of people wouldn’t help. Great store and customer service!

I really enjoy this location of City Cannabis. Great staff and really excellent choices. I was greeted immediately even though it was busy, which I really appreciated! I understand Saturday must be peak. Thank you to the kind person behind the counter who still made sure to say hello to me.

I love the products I bought and will definitely be back. Great vibes at this location and also the one downtown.

I just love weed, and this location has such a wide variety of cannabis to select from. The folks there are super knowledgeable and friendly too! Looking forward to visiting again soon.

Service is normally friendly and helpful. Prices tend to be on the higher side. Some staff give contradictory information. They were able to replace a busted vape cartridge

I would say city cannabis is like Starbucks, they have good stuff and great customer service. Some places are gonna be cheaper and maybe a little grittier, or you’ll find other high end stores where you’ll feel a bit out of place. Anyways Anton was really pleasant to work with, and got everything I needed quick and easy.

Staff are always helpful and available upon coming in. Sometimes I have them give me a recommendation. I had Paige and another staff that recommended me to the Bubba Kush. Overall, a nice store with good selection.

I have been going to this location since the beginning, and as an inexperienced person, I found the staff very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Today, I had questions about vaping cannabis, where I had the pleasure of speaking to Ilish. She was amazing and very patient with a rookie, such as myself. She gave me various options, educated me about other options, and learned allot! They always made me feel comfortable and Highly recommend! I don't know why there would be less than 3 or 4 stars, but all I can say is go in with a smile and positive attitude, and you will come out with one.

Prices aren't as competitive as other stores but they have great selection and knowledgeable staff. Paige always goes out of her way for recommendations and what to expect with each product.

Could not retrieve my online order. Another time didnt have what I ordered online and told me at pick up. They gave me another option, similar to what I ordered but was more expensive. Had to pay more for their mistake.

I always go to the Fraser and 57th location, they make my experience there always quick and easy. Anton was able to help me with finding which strain I wanted!

Sometimes you wanna go where everybody knows your name. Jk seriously though, I love this store! The selection is bar none, the customer service, especially Paige, is beyond compare, the vibe is top notch, and everything just hits the right note for a community business. 12/10 would recommend to anyone!

This is my go-to place. Excellent employees that provide you with all the information you need on their wide selection of products. I remember being fairly new to the company and meeting Anton who has helped me through the process of trying out different strains and eventually finding the perfect high. The only place i went for weed for a year now. All the staff are very pleasant and knowledgable. Tonight a young fella that provided satisfactory service on previous visits annoyed me. I asked a question about which 1 of the 2 death bubba brands had the store carried the longest. I explained i didnt like the new brand they were carrying and preferred the old. The third time he tried to explain the logistics of the weed, i gave up. Found a store 3 minutes away with the same weed considerably cheaper. Thanks for the help kid! Keep telling people the gov sends the weed instead of the producers. Completely irrelevant info. And nobody likes to be corrected. As a salesman, that might be something you should consider. Now i cant go back there.

Been coming to this place for some time and I have to say I've never been disappointed by there on point service. The crew is fantastic, they make great recommendations and provide a chill and clean space. Make sure you hit up Anton, thoughtful Budtender and a Connoisseur of all strains! Every selection is practically top shelf and comes in every product. Best for your one stop shop on East Van!

- only once in Aug 2020 and the only cannabis store I have visited in Canada, so review may be inconclusive
- bought two pre-rolls packs: indica and hybrid

Pros:
- very helpful staff. Vanessa was great, very patient and knowledgeable, and addressed all my amateur questions
- good COVID-19 safety measures
- centrally located
- very tidy store

Considerations:
- maybe slightly on the expensive side but I have not compared it with other stores
- no dedicated parking, street parking available
- could not find them on Yelp to leave the same review

I go there to get a pack of pre-rolled once in a while. What can you say, it’s available when your dealers out. People are nice and informative and the interior is pretty cool.

If you're on your journey to healing, this is by far the best place to go. Every time I feel I'm approached without judgment. I'm very grateful.

As a out of towner, these girls are fantastic. Hand rolled cones with Raw paper. Coated on outside with resin powder, and a swirl of shatter around in a spiral.smaller selection than bigger stores, but beautiful experience. Going back for gifts before I leave. ️️️

Went in yesterday even tho its crazy and was really happy with the service.the staff were incredibly nice and helpful and going above and beyond sanitation measures.will come again once i run out of stock!

Patronizing and condescending employees in aprons selling marijuana. The workers walk around the small store with iPads rolling their eyes at your questions. Saw them laughing and gossiping at a customer after he left the store.

Waaaaaaay overpriced! I understand all businesses have to order from a standardized system. Which means any mark up is entirely on the retailer. One product at one location is $43.99. Your location for the same product was $64.99. I hope it’s not just me but that’s insane. Keep in mine to order directly online this same product was only $39.99. All the same product, all the same weight. $4-$5 mark up I get but a $25.00 mark up for an eighth? !? !
