Excellent hygienists, dentists and overall experience. Highly recommend.

Okay let’s be real here. Going to the dentist isn’t even a dentist favourite thing to do. Who likes metal in your mouth? It belongs in your ears, and on the road. Dr Georgios is the MAN. Minor concerns, you know, nothing serious, but he took everything seriously and had awesome answers. Facilities are clean and tidy, and the team is super friendly. 10/10 not the worst fingers I’ve ever had in my mouth. I even got a toothbrush and some paste on the way out. And hey, finding out there’s no cavities after an 11 year dental hiatus ain’t so bad either!

The entire team is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. From the front desk to the hygienists, and the dentists. Great crew. Convenient location downtown, very nice office space, and smart scheduling means rarely waiting beyond your appointment time. No up-selling of cosmetic products or unnecessary treatments. Just fantastic customer attention and care. Dr Vicki is a gem. I’ve recently seen her son Dr Georgis, and he has the same fantastic chair-side manner and professionalism. I’ve also been “worked on” by another dentist at the clinic when I needed a quick fix, and she was also lovely. Great team!

I have been a client here for 5 plus years, it is by far the best dental practice I have ever experienced. ALL staff are wonderful, respectful and just great. Dental information is shared well, and in a calm open manner. Questions are always answered!

I have been seeing Dr. Ikonomou for many years and have always been very happy with the care I've received. I am now 75 and I still have lots of my own teeth due to this wonderful dentist. I would recommend this dental clinic to everyone, especially people like me with sensitive teeth or fear of pain.

Very highly recommended! I needed to help someone that needed a Dentist back around 2000/2001 I ended up finding Dr. Vicky Ikonomou who is a truly remarkable person in every way. I am very fortunate to have her as my Dentist even though I don't go as often as I should. She's sure a keeper and she has wonderful people working with her as well. Thank goodness 'Dr. Vicky' has been my go to person to look after my teeth. Thank you for keeping me as a patient and being my Dentist too. P. S. After being dumped by my former long term Dentist in 1993 because of being put on sick leave from work, etc. (B. C. Government) he said he couldn't accept me as a patient anymore - Dr. Daryl Sinclair (TRUTH!). I was totally devastated for so many years. I have never gotten over being treated like that. He did give me a 'scaling tool' as a go away gift - I still have it and use it. It was an extremely painful loss for me at the time. People - don't do that to your patients. You don't realize how that affects people for the rest of their lives! My regular Doctor since 1982 (Dr. Barry Conway) also dumped me in 2003 I think it was (ALSO TRUTH!). Another one? That too affected me for many years until I could get another Doctor. I never thought people would do things like that. SHAME ON BOTH OF YOU!

Started out as a good experience and went downhill from there. Dr. Annie should tell her patients if they are at risk of needing a root canal BEFORE she does work that will just have to be undone again. They also don't seem to take you seriously if you tell them you're in pain, especially if it's a Friday and they're getting ready to close the office. Instead I ended up going to the ER in the middle of the night because of how bad my tooth was hurting, and then I spent the following day begging different dentists to take me in.

Thankfully I found a dentist that fit me in between patients he already had. That was at Hillside Dental for anyone looking for a good dental office. Everyone in that office was very kind and compassionate.

I never heard back from city centre dental even after the weekend.
