City Centre Dental Clinic Surrey

The City Centre Dental Clinic displays excellent service and provides all the information for the patient to make an informed decision. I had a few procedures completed by Dr. Kavei and the dental assistant (Shahid) who were both professional, and courteous. The office clerk at the front desk ensured that I was aware of all the costs of each procedure.

Dr sushma is having great experience, and the staff is so cooperative even receptionists too

I manage a recovery house and took myself and four of my residents here. They took great care of all of us over a month of appointments each week at no cost. The staff are all very polite and friendly.

I was very impressed with the service I received today. I called in this morning on my day off and they were able to squeeze me in for a cleaning without a prior appointment. Also they were very thorough, my teeth feel and look great. They even gave me a small hygiene care package when I left.

I highly recommend this place, customer service impeccable, really fair price! I want to say thank you Dr Kavei for giving me back my beautiful smile that I was shy to show lately. Im more than sastisfied!

The management is extremely humble and polite. Everyone works so passionately to make sure the patients get best experience. Professional staff, neat and clean environment, so glad to receive the best service from best staff.

They have not respect for patients time. I had my app at 3.15 and it started at 4.05 (that's 40 minutes later). Additionally when you call them to get information about the bill they are super rude. I was attended on the phone by a girl with very bad manners. She did not want to explain anything to me, she did not let me to talk, She has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE skills. Poor service. I wont come back.

My wife had three chipped front teeth to be fixed this morning and Dr. Sana who was extremely polite, very kind and very knowledgeable, worked on my wife's teeth and did an amazing job. My wife's gorgeous smile IS BACK. We are grateful for her work. Thank you so much City Dental Cenre.
