Lots of cigars and tobacco related stuff inside. Staff is helpful and store is clean and following covid protocols.
Large selection of cutters and lighters, most notable brands represented well. Ashtrays, humidors, travel cases etc - they have a lot of stuff in there.
Good selection of cigars and usually in good shape right out of the humidor. Had a few duds but if you bring the stick back they are really good about it.
My 'go to' shop for stocking up the humidor.

I've been coming here a lot since I can't buy my cigars at Duty Free right now. The staff is attentive without being too much in your face. Customers can peruse and there is never pressure to buy. They'll even recommend a 'cheaper' but highly enjoyable cigar knowing that COVID has put the majority of Canadian smokers in a tough spot with all the travel restrictions. Will keep coming back even after international travel opens back up.

The last 4 times I've gone to city cigar they have been rude and disrespectful, I go there because I enjoy cigars and there selections are impressive but unless u spend alot of money there they put u on the back burner so other customers that they clearly prefer can be served first, I'm very disappointed bserved

I just got into cigars. And had just been to few store. But this store was the best of all ecause of the guy helping you. The man will help you with everything. He is very gentle. He will show you some good stuff the way you want. Massive respect to the store peoples.

The best place to go in Vancouver if you are looking to get into pipe tobacco as they have a wide range of quality pipes, from 20$ basket briars to higher end brand name stuff that will run in the thousands. They also have a fantastic range of hard to find pipe tobaccos. However, tobacco is expensive all around in Canada because we're a bunch of busy-body pansies who plan on saving the world one plastic straw at a time. I've also had some sub-optimal experiences with the cigars I bought from them and it is my suspicion that the lack of a walk-in humidor hurts the quality. I only say this because when I smoked the same brand and type from another shop with a walk-in humidor, the experience was sublime. It may also have been due to other factors, but the lack of a walk-in humidor (especially when considering the large space they own) is still a huge let down, and those display cabinets can't be as good as a proper humidor.

Have been a client on and off for well over a decade - first it was cigars, now tobacco pipes, and their service, selection and expertise is second to none. For tobacco pipes, they have an excellent selection of house blends - all of which you can see and smell before purchase.

Great service and a great supply just wish this boring city would allow a cigar place or lounge to use its no fun smoking a 6o dollar cigar out on the street its the reason why i am smoking sub 12 dollar Nicaraguan cigars nowadays.only city i know of that does not allow a civilized place to smoke

These men and women here are amazing, I've been a customer for many years and although I don't spend a lot of money there as I could easily do, they treat you special like your on the same level as if a BIG celebrity walked in. Yesterday I brought in two residents from a care home I work at, one an ex prison gard, we were welcomed with such a smile and excitement and socializing. It's my favorite store in Vancouver, and they have amazing customer service.

Awesome place. The sales staff are knowledgeable and can tell the newly from the aficionado yet treat them alike. Me a newly felt awkward at first but was put to ease and given a selection of cigars to choose from that fit my budget. I've been back a few times and will go back again.

What a great store the fellows were so helpful and friendly definitely highly recommended will be back fantastic selection.

To all the people saying this place is expensive, this is not CCE's fault, this is a result of the "wonderful Canadian Government" taxing cigars over 200% the original costs! Besides the horrendous taxes, the staff is absolutely awesome and knowledgeable, in a way they make the prices not seem as bad with their personalities there and I like coming here even to talk about new releases. Always been coming here since I turned 19, not too long ago and will keep coming back!

Great selection of cigars and a nice, knowledgeable staff. The gentleman who helped me was low pressure and tested all of the cigars I ordered for freshness and quality. I'm not local to this shop at all, but will be back next time I am in Vancouver.

This place had a pretty decent-sized collection of cigars that included Cubans. The cigars are kept in a display case that acts as a humidor and is not like a typical walk-in humidor that you would find in the United States. They're heavily tax which makes them expensive.

Excellent selection, knowledgeable staff; especially Ben, who made a loyal customer of me in my first visit. Great atmosphere. Definitely recommend this place.

Enjoyed it would have really enjoyed if I could smoke indoors oh well beautiful shop lots of Cubans thanks Luke see you next time
