We used the pros at City Fire Services for our Annual life safety testing. The pros at Cityfire provided excellent services in a timely and professional manner.

I recently hired City Fire to repair a phantom fault that would cause our fire alarm to ring randomly for over 3 months. Our current vendor was baffled and suggested replacing our system for $20k. A friend suggested City Fire and I was surprised how fast the City Fire technicians found the issue. It was water that had been leaking on a on a fire alarm causing it to set the alarm bells off. Thanks to Marco and Arnie for fixing the issue $350.00 is way better than $20k

I contacted City Fire Services to provide a 2nd opinion for system replacement as suggested by another Fire Service company due to the cost. When they looked at our system the tech Rick pointed out it was only a faulty charger module which cost $900.00 to replace instead of the $36,000 quoted by the other company for a full upgrade. The work was done the same day in about 4 hrs and we were safe again. Thank you Rick & City Fire Team for being honest I will definitely pass your info on to other building owners in our neighborhood.

Rick and his team installed a new fire panel and smoke detectors in our 3-storey condo building. Their knowledge and expertise have been much appreciated! All very pleasant people to work with. We are very pleased with how quickly and efficiently they got the job got done.

This company did work in my condominium. If you want a contractor who underestimates the scope of work, surprises you with the final amount and doesn't negotiate with you in good spirit - but rather prefers to take you to court, this is your contractor. If you want a contractor whose employees are disrespectful of the owners - this is your contractor. If you just want the job done, there are better companies.

Called the reception about a invoice that we received and the amount of attitude that I received was mind blowing, all I was doing is asking a simple question about a bill and finally what I found out was that they out sourced the work. They should have told us that they will be sending someone else to do some work. There are many companies out there and would not recommend this one.

I Hired the City Fire team to complete our strata building for life safety testing in Richmond as the Fire Dept had come by and pointed out that all the tags were overdue. I called my previous company but they kept making excuses and wanted to charge me $125 for simply coming. A City Fire technician came at the day he said he would and checked everything I needed. He even fixed 3 burnt out bulbs in our exit signs and put new labels on our Fire panel for no extra charge. I will highly recommend this company for good service and honest pricing. My Bill was $450.00 City with Fire compared to last year $680.00 for the same work with our old company. Our Strata will recommend them anytime thank you again Gal and Lorenzo!
