Super efficient and quick, but nicked my fingers 4 times & had very little conversation

Excellent service every time! It is hard to find a nail salon that is consistent, and City Nails is. Vicky is always friendly, and she pays attention to detail. Great value also.

Very unprofessional and inexperience nail technician got nails done from them first time but they didn’t very cheap looking nails never going there again

Very nice staff and I have had great pedicures here in the past. The last couple of times I have gone it hasn't been as good. My nails were not filed down and snagged on my socks so I had to file them all down. Lots of dry skin left on my feet and toes. Might try a different place in MR next time.

Yikes. Probably one of the most mediocre mani/pedis of my life. Overall:

-Techs were rushed, and the painting was sloppy and uneven.
-None of the nails on the manicure were the same shape, most were frayed at the end
-Polish didn't go down close to the nail bed, looks like a weeks worth of grow out
-Polish didn't even go to the tip of the nail on many spots of the pedi, bare nail is easily visible
-The tech cut my cuticles, they were bleeding
-Top coat all over the cuticle bed and around the nail

Overall super shoddy job. I could've done better at home. Good pricing but it's obvious you get what you pay for here. Go somewhere else!

I convinced my 18 year old daughter who is a college student to go there as funds are tight. They did a horrible job as well as cutting her finger and making her bleed. They are lumpy, not straight, uneven at the tips, and Nancy didn’t understand the design so she just did what she wanted. They literally look like a 7 year old wanted to try out doing nails. I called Nancy as I have been a customer for over 16 years. She refused to help her for 3-4 days. I just had to book an appointment with her previous salon to try to fix this ugly and unprofessional looking $75 fill and ugly design. I will NEVER EVER go back. If I could post a picture I would but I don’t know how.

It was ok. Lady kind of scoffed at my nail colour choice even though i loved it. Then the shellac peeled off only a few day later

Before writing my own review i went through some of the ones already posted and yes there are quite a few positive but the negatives ones are exactly what i experienced. Ive been to at least 6 other nail salons and let me just say this is one of the worst. Im not usually one to write reviews or easily irritated but i went with 2 friends and the salon was kinda empty when we got there and after not even 15 min into our pedicure the ladies doing our feet were rushing back and forth between us and like 6 other customers, my 8 months pregnant friend got if a 3 min massage. Then for my acrylics i was told to quickly pick a colour because they don't have time for us and when i asked to show a picture of what i want and for the nail tech to just show me the closest colour i was told nope and to figure it out on my own. End results were thick/uneven acrylics, corners not painted and my toes have gaps of no colour. Then when i asked for a small flower they overcharged me for me to say no because again they didnt have time. Sure price is a bit better but would have gone and paid 20$ more and get better service and nails.

Nancy does my eyebrows, Mani and pedi and always does a wonderful job. I've been going for years. The place is cleaned and sanitized.

1 star for customer service
- Loud and unrelaxing music such as "The Final Countdown"
- Cold foot baths
- Pedicure and Manicure jobs were done briskly and in a hurry
- Hands and feet positioned in uncomfortable ways
- My friend & I asked for manicures next to each other which was not accommodated even though the place was empty
- Nails were not completely painted
- Polish was not cleaned off the bottom of my hand until the cash register

My friend and I are very kind and forgiving customers but we've agreed never to go back because of it being such a negative memory. We have found higher quality experiences in the area for the same price.

Nancy and her staff are very accommodating and friendly. They go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. I will not go anywhere else for nails, pedicures, etc. Highly recommend City Nails!

This is the only place I will allow do my nails. I am extremely rough with my hands and nails at work and they have some quality work that stands up to whatever I throw their way. Nancy and her team are absolutely amazing and you will not regret stopping by, highly recommend.
