City of Langley Library

Amazing library! It is clean and open, stocked with all the newest books. The staff are also very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Also a very convenient location being right in city centre with the community rec centre attached.

I had to go to this library to scan documents for the government. The documents had to be in jpg form and the scanner only scans to pdf. The two people I asked for help never even left the desk to come over and help me. One handed me a paper with instructions on how to use the scanner on them- but I already knew how to use it. I needed help converting the pdf files to jpg. This help went unanswered. I work at a library myself and this kind of customer service was pathetic. I won’t be back.

This is my favorite place with tons of books of every kind. Staff is awesome. Last week my son picked up a bat pack which comes with a device to hear real bat sounds. It's supercool. The place is always neat and clean.
