Very pleasant Doctor and Reception. Never have a problem with them taking care of our 4 yr old dog. They truly care.

This is a revised review. Took cat in. Vet looked at him squeezed him. Took some blood work. $400.00 to tell me my cat is stressed. Definitely feel like a fool.

They used to be very good but I found now that the doctor is using some outdated vaccine practices and also he is not a great listener when assessing pets. He doesn't take into consideration what you are telling him and just makes his own decisions, even though you know your own pets best. My cat developed injection site lumps after he gave her 2 vaccines and I took her back for assessment and he didn't even know what the lumps were or what could have caused them, I found out through my own research.unfortunate.

Dr. Bassi is absolutely amazing. My puppy unfortunately ate something lethal and we called our vet immediately, he was actually off work and on his way home but he drove his way back to the clinic to help our puppy when he heard what had happened. I truly appreciate him doing that for us and saved our puppy that day. The lady working that day was extremely welcoming and amazing customer service. I felt comfortable and happy seeing my puppy in her care. 10/10 recommend this place and will definitely forever be the vet for our puppy!

We came in with a dog that was in a lot of pain and they were where with open arms. They help to put use to easy and took care of are baby.

Pluto is always calm with Dr. Bassi and all the staffs are friendly and accommodating. Thank you!

Too bad I cannot give half a star review. I took my dog to this place paid over $2,000 on x-rays and ultrasound, my dog was sent home on fluids without any medication whatsoever, he was keep getting sicker and sicker, until I took him to another vet where he said that my dog had to be put under antibiotics, had to be admitted for pancreatitis, they needed his ultrasound report and would not send them to me, I had to drive back to the clinic to get them. Save yourself money and do not take your pet here because they will not be look after

I'm very happy to have found this clinic. The pricing is pretty fair overall, and I like how the vet is super patient and answers all my questions. All the staff are very helpful and the place is super clean. This is a huge upgrade from our previous vet.

I had been taking my cat to City Petcare for 3 years shortly after she developed chronic diarrhea. Every time she would have a bout I would have to bring her in for a round of antibiotics. Dr. Bassi could not find anything wrong with her and refused to even delve into the possibly that she could have IBS. Every time I went in I would mention IBS and he would shoot down the idea. Yesterday I took my cat to a new vet and in less than a day after some blood work they found that my cat has pancreatitis and IBS. If you just want shots and the basic sure go see Dr. Bassi but if there is something seriously wrong with your family pet go elsewhere. I am sad that my cat had to live this way for over 3 years without any help from City Petcare.

I tried bringing my pet bed-bugs in for their monthly checkup but my regular place was closed for some kind of infestation problem. So instead I decided to try out City Petcare. Their sign is nice and the receptionist was friendly. AT FIRST.

Everyone got really nasty and rude when I accidentally dropped the container and the bed-bugs fell out.

Settle down, guys. I found most of them. More than half. RELAX.

Anyway, despite this, I still gave them 5 stars because they are excellent at what they do plus the veterinarian smelled like McDonalds fries and I love that.

By far the worst veterinarian clinic I have been to. DO NOT go to this vet. I took my cute little french bulldog to get spade and once I picked her up they had tattooed her ear. Even though i informed them not to do so because she’s already microchipped. When i asked them about it they wouldn’t take responsibility. If they try to deny this, they are lying. The doctors name who preformed the surgery is Dr. Bassi. Please do me the favour and do not go to this clinic. Go anywhere else!

I haven't been in since March 2020 when I had to put my 16 year old dog, Thalia, down. But I will never forget how the staff and Dr's were so kind to not just me but my dog after she said her final goodbye. Unfortunately my other dog (her daughter Gorda) also had to be put down later in October, and I couldn't be there but my mom said that again the staff was nothing but kind and respectful. Even years ago the staff was always happy and kind to everyone who walked in. I have nothing but kind words about this place.

A great place to take ur pets supper great for they are very gentle my moms bin going thier for years so I would know and very affordable for anyone

Doc Basil is very caring and empathic vet
the fees are very reasonable and considerate of clients budgets

This vet is by far one of the best we have seen with our pup. He doesn't mince words and this may offend some, but he is always bang on. You can trust them to give your (fur baby) pet great care

AWESOME vet. The staff are all lovely, the clinic is spotless and quiet, and my cats LIKE going there. I recommend this vet highly.

As always Dr. Bassi and his team of amazing assistants went above and beyond. Making a very stressful scary situation with our dog Cali as comfortable and easy as possible for all of us. Its not every day you find amazing compassionate people who genuinely care about your animals. They saved my dogs life yesterday and we are so beyond greatful. She is comfortable and recovering at home. We love City Pet Care and would never dream of taking our dog anywhere else.

28JAN2021 Update:
I recently visited City Petcare Hospital because my dog was injured and City Petcare Hospital made time on short notice to see my dog.

I stopped attending City Petcare a few years ago only because I moved away, but I can see the quality of care is definitely worth the distance to continue bringing my dog back here. Many thanks to Dr. Bassi and his vet assistant!

I've been bringing my dog here for a few years now and they always exceed my expectations. The staff and veterinarian are always pleasant and their services are reasonably priced.

The doctor was very nice and honest and did not charge me and arm and a leg. I recommend this animal doctor to everyone.

We have two dogs in our household. This vet has been very accommodating, kind and polite. Extremely good with the animals.

Never had issues with the doctor or staff, doctor Bassi seems knowledgeable the only problem i have with the clinic is how busy they are. Dont seem to pay as much attention as they should be to their clients, A bit to busy for me so i dont think i will be coming to this clinic again.

Hi Nicole, I like this vet. I’ve never had any issues in the past except for with you. You always seem give me misinformation. And when I ask questions, you have a tendency to become rude or talk over me. I will just aim to speak with Chelsea, Komal or Mika from now on.

Edit* I’ve chosen to get my cats medication elsewhere as the two other vet clinics I’ve been to recently is charging $12 less for the exact same dose and amount of medication. Still unsure how your pricing works as you never could explain it to me. But I feel that I have definitely been overcharged in the last two years that I’ve been with City Pet Care Hospital.
