It's hard to find a honest and reliable property management company. Citybase has been wonderful to work with.

Both Ivan Lee and Raymond did a great job. The issue happened in my unit was solved very efficiently. I appreciate what you have done for me.

Citybase manages one of the buildings that I currently serve as council president. Absolutely awesome service, knowledgeable staff, access to online-portal, and access to various vendors for services that our building needs.

Our townhouse strata is managed by Citybase Management Ltd. We are a small strata but we receive such great service and care from Jason Wang. He is knowledgeable, professional, diligent and prompt to respond. He keeps our strata running smoothly, and in compliance with the strata property act. In addition, Citybase provides fantastic accounting services. We could not manage our strata without Citybase.

Totally rude staff! I spoke to a member of their team last week and I was completely appalled by how unhelpful and rude they are. Save yourselves the trouble and hire elsewhere

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst management company ever. The worst experience of my life with any company on earth. Good luck trying to call them, it will go straight to answering machine and no one will return your call. If you do get a hold of someone, they will be rude and redirect you back to that line no one picks up. Good luck getting them to come to take care of any issues. I as a resident of the strata paid for their salary. They are supposed to work for you. Instead they just pocket the strata fees. To make things worse the strata council is very selfish and incompetent. Bunch of zoom calls on irrelevelant issues no one cares about. Nothing gets done by citybase This company should have no business. Awful. This is one of the worst experiences of my life.

I was on Council for a year and enjoyed my time working with City Base as our Management Company. We were a new strata and was a great learning experience

When the manager handled our community/property poorly, especially with un-believable issues to strata owners ahead of high cost re-piping jobs with no guarantee, the top guy can eventually step in to make a manager change is good for the company itself and more importantly, for the owners as well. It does help prevent hidden consequences that may bring to a bigger disasters or court issues later.

No manager is perfect but manager must always do things right to the benefit of the community by following the strata rule, City regulations at least for entire owners' protection.and this is the foundamental price we pay for.

Today, we are happy to see the top management team decided to replace with a newer manager and this definitely can bring us with better hopes facing the coming years.

God bless all starta owners here in our community! Those days, fake meeting reports for questionable maintenances, poor account receivable scam really drive owner crazy. In short, THANKS for the in-time catch of Improper management jobs with such a position replacement is a great action taken.and real luckily, just in time. Cheers!

As the strata council member, I would highly recommend Citybase Management as your property management company. Victor and his team has been very responsive and very high efficiency on all the requests that we raised. The management skill on budget and scheduling is excellent. We are very happy with Citybase for last 3 years and we plan to continue working with Victor and his team.

Our townhouse complex was under poor management until we switched to Citybase. Victor is always very good with communications. We are very happy with Citybase.

It is worst building management, I am apartment owner last three years, it is nightmare, this is second citybace manger in 73rd Ave, the first one was bad and now is worst. They never answering the phone, leave message no call back, if you email them never answer your email. I did big mistake when I purchased my apartment before I do my research about the management.

Citybase has looked after our condominium complex for many years and have always provided us with good service and sound advice. I highly recommend them.

My family and I were happy with Victor from Citybase Management. All our requests were tended to promptly and professionally!

I have mailed in the pre-authorization payment and the tracking said it was delivered successfully, But then I don't receive calls nor mail to confirm about this, suddenly I am months behind. I called in and nobody wants to take the call, and email with no reply. Now with the office closed due to corona virus I have no idea how I am able to fix this issue.
EDIT: I just got contacted by citybase and was explained the situation so all is cleared now. Still I think it would be better if more communication can be worked out between them and the owners.

I have an apartment that city base manages. Michael is building manager and he is really good at responding patiently to any question and concerns we have right away!

I’m a home owner in a Surrey condo. They charge maximum fines illegally, and deliberately. And after you paid and found out the truth, they argue with you instead of educating themselves. Worse, after arguments they warn you that any fines from now on will be immediate fine/ cannot be disputed.
Horrible horrible services. These people are mean and all about money. I am seeking legal advice against them.
Someone has to take action to regulate these people!

Very well run company. From Ownership on down these guys are solid. I deal with Ricky and Victor for the most part and have never had any issues.

Our experience with Citybase has been Ok. They are not premium service, but we didn't pay for that either.
Items do get follow up and we had an emergency last year where they attended to right away (within an hour). For less urgent issues, they tend to be on site in the next day or so.
There is always room for improvement, but with communication, they are quite responsive.

Thank you for being professional and proactive in following up with many of the issues left behind by previous property management company. It is a pleasure dealing with Victor Chan and Ivan Lee, and it sure provides a peace of mind for both council and owners.

The company is trying their best to help the strata owners but the strata by law and also the structure of voting registration has a huge grey area which can't achieve anything without fair vote numbers.

- strata manager doesnt reply consistently.no actions taken even after you report violations by residents.unprofessional.

- previous incident regarding key for electrical room- took 1 week before we got the key.i would give 0 stars if its allowed to give the lowest.

We have had the pleasure of working with Citybase for over years. The staff is great and the leadership is phenomenal! The company takes pride to look after its customers and vendors. Highly recommend their services and partnerships
