Cute store, good fit piercings, but otherwise very expensive for cheap quality products (can’t even wear them in the water because they’ll turn green)

Went in to return an item, the Irish manager asked for my email. I said "no thanks I don't want to sign up for anything" she said "it's not signing you up for anything, its for return purposes otherwise I will need your full name, address, details etc. " so I gave my email as she said it was easier. When I went home I get a promotional email from Claire's thanking me for signing up for their mailing list.

Got my daughters ears pierced at a separate location and one of the earrings fell
out after two weeks. I brought her to this location and they were super helpful getting everything sorted and the associate was amazing, I believe it was Ashley. Thanks so
much

Would not recommend buying jewelry from here but when all piercing shops around fail they come in clutch.

Never been here before and was my last stop shop for a septum I couldn't find on the strip or Pacific center.

Was thrown off by the name. Im glad I sat all my uh.masculine ego aside cause wow what a wonder world of alt fashion. Trinkets. Shinies. Just gifts galore and wonderful staff. Blessed place. Will be back

Bought a gift card for my daughter for Xmas, the store charged me the money but did not activate the card. We found out when my daughter went to use the card and we were told that it had no balance. The staff said it must be our fault for mixing up the gift card with other cards in the wallet and not keeping it separate…. She said we must have deactivated the magnetic strip. She also suggested that I never paid for the gift card. Which in actuality it was their incompetent staff who charged me the money for the card and failed to activate the card properly, resulting in my 8 year old daughter being sad and disappointed on Christmas

The only reason I stopped in here was because I received a gift card for my birthday, but I’m glad I did. Admittedly not too many items interested me because it’s a bit out of my age range, but the staff initiated conversation with me as if I was a friend. I’d come back to this location for that reason.
