I got my nose pierced and the lady was very kind. She was really sweet and understanding, and she even helped us get a discount we missed when we were shopping. Also, so far no infection and the price for piercing is very similar to other competitors

I came here on July 12th noon buying a 18 dollar item. Since I’m an oversea tourist, so I only have 100 dollar bill, and the cashier told me she doesn’t have change for it. What a joke.

Had a really bad piercing experience. One side did not fully pierce and the ear ring bended. The ear started bleeding at the store. The staff was not professional. Do not recommend. Will not return to get it fixed there.

Horrible experience. Seems like people don’t wanna work anymore. I went to the Guildford location on September 19 at around 6: 40. There were still 20 mins left to close. There was an employee who straightaway yelled at us “ it’s closed” with an arrogant look while we were just standing at the door. I understand the responsibilities of closing a store but considering there were 20 minutes left she should have welcomed us instead of being lazy and claiming the store to be closed. P. S- The door was open as well.

Bad quality earrings I got my ears pierced and bought the cubic zirconia not even one month later the diamond fell out. Waited a while since the store was under renovations. I finally went to the store and explained to the manger who had such an attitude- I was trying to explain nicely and she got so mad because I wanted a solution but she offered non not even replacement earrings. She even started saying I’m not trying to argue with you when I was trying to understand and explain. I was so surprised, I showed her the receipts, registration paper and the earrings. Overall bad experience for just wanting a solution so rude so I just left because I didn’t want to start anything won’t be stepping foot there ever again.

Not even one star! Horrible staff there, even the manager. Talking so rude, no customer service, never spend $$ again in Guildford location.

Went there today (21 September) evening with my husband to get presents for my daughter, bought few items and my girl loved it. They even have amazing deals and cashier was super nice too, helped me alot to choose stuff. Satisfied with my experience. Definitely coming again

Got my kidney stones removed there, overall it was a great experience! The process was quick and pain free, they stitched my wound with ribbons, but the best part was they actually let me take home my kidney stones! They.provided a bag and everything and added some additional glitter

I always go in to just take a browse, and always end up leaving with at least one thing. The staff are always so friendly and very helpful! (And 100% enablers, I love it.) Though this location is small, for Guildford, they have an awesome selection of stuff, ranging from cute jeweley to phone accessories.

The quality of the earrings there is so good I've bought two earrings and everyone keeps on telling me that it's beautiful

It's alright, pretty expensive though and some items aren't the best quality, I prefer Ardene. One of the workers was really pushy, I hope they can do better next time.

I had an awesome experience with 2 of the young female staff working there. My son (2) was being very fussy and I was in an rush and had to buy some themed stuff. The young girls helped grab things for me, suggest items to get a better deal etc etc and were just so kind and considerate. Very friendly and accommodating - way to go girls!

I would recommend this place to anyone wanting their ears pierced. Sara and Sidney were friendly and helpful.

Interesting store for young girls.
Lots of knick knacks for younger girls and lots of earrings and necklaces also accessories for your hair. Phone cases and purses and backpacks

I had my ears pierced here and have no complaints. Piercing is free with the purchase of earrings and antiseptic solution to use afterwards. The store has a large selection of earrings and hair accessories as well as a variety of gifts which young girls would love for their birthday!

Went with a friend to get buddy piercings: one for each of us. The staff was super friendly, and helped us decide which earring we wanted. Do note, if you get your ears pierced, you get a discount on precious metal earrings.
