Our furnace went down this past weekend, while reaching out to several heating services we could not even get a call back. Thankfully we found Brent and Class A Heating through local on line reviews. Brent went above and beyond in providing heating options and education to assist us in making the correct choice for our home. Brent even supplied us with his own space heaters to keep us warm during the interim. Wish more businesses followed this lead in providing product knowledge and customer service.

After our 17 year old heat pump failed mid summer we needed a replacement. After several quotes we decided on Class A.
Brent is very knowledgable about HVAC and especially Heat pumps. He ran us though what would work for our home that would qualify for a rebate, and was more conscientious and knowledgeable about the whole process than some of the other companies we approached.
The experience was further enhanced with Lee and Aiden the installers. They were punctual, professional and left the house as they found it.
We would not hesitate to recommend Class A to anyone thinking of getting a new HVAC system.

Needed a new furnace and installation of AC unit. Brent and staff were friendly and reasonable to deal with. Quote was reasonable. Installation staff were very professional and good to deal with despite unforeseen setbacks. I would definitely recommend.

Awesome customer service! I reached out to Class A heating and Brent got back to me the next day. My AC stopped working and it was 35 degrees. Even though he was not able to come out, he was nice enough to provide some guidance over the phone. He suggested checking the capacitor on the condenser unit and he was right! I replaced it and I was back in action. Most people wouldn't spend the time to offer a suggestion and it definitely sets this company apart from others. I will be using Class A Heating in the future.

Excellent customer service! We had to recently make use of their emergency hotline when our a/c didn't want to start up during a heat wave. Brent called us back within minutes and was able to troubleshoot over the phone with us to solve the problem quickly. We also had great experiences with Class A when they installed a new furnace for us 5 years ago and then added the a/c unit last year. Excellent value, competitive prices, and customer service.

They came out and did a clear estimate on the cost to repair our existing unit and priced out options for a properly sized replacement. We ended up going with a replacement and the work done was excellent.

I have been customer of Brent's for 10 years and he and his team have NEVER left me in the cold. They are kind, courteous, prompt, efficient and time and cost effective. They explain everything they are doing thoroughly and give you multiple options to stick within your budget. They have an after hours number to contact and they are 2nd to none when it comes to customer service. I will never recommend anyone else.

I am really impressed with this company the two employees that attended my address where Kevin Goosen and Sylvain Marier. The work they did was move my furnace to another room, move the duct work and install all the ducts to plug the airconditioning in the summer.
They did a great job starting with being on time, being considerate that since the job was going to take a couple of days not to leave us without heat overnight. They worked really hard to do the work as soon as possible but without lowering the quality of the work they cleaned the old ducts that the reused, came up with clever ideas like taping up the uptake vent so dust will not come into the house since we are renovating the whole first floor. Left my heating system working better than before.

I never write reviews but I thought I would this once. It has been a long time since I have had service workers in my home who actually knew what they were doing. I had a furnace installed by someone else – mistake – the roof stack was incorrect as well as a part was not working for the ignitor. Brent and his crew were able to get my furnace working perfectly. I also had an air conditioner installed by Brent and his crew, which by the way, workmanship was perfect. But not only that they used a covering on the floor and cleaned up their mess in the process. This was very impressive. Brent and his crew are kind, knowledgeable, friendly and well skilled in their profession. I would and have recommended Class A Heating and Air Conditioning to other individuals. I have always found you get what you pay for.

Called Class A to get a quote on a new AC replacement and receptionist was able to get Brent out same day. Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendy. We talked about different options, and although there were premium options available, there was zero upsell from Brent, and in fact recommended I go with a more affordable unit as it was more than sufficient for our needs.so if $$$ was what this company was all about, he certainly passed up the opportunity to oversell my needs.
Once I get the remaining quotes together, I'll take service, integrity, professionalism, and timeliness into consideration and not use price alone as the determining factor.very impressed thus far.

We had Class A out yesterday to clean our vents. The employee that came, arrived on time, was very pleasant, professional & went about his work. He carried not dragged the hose throughout the house. HE showed us how much dirt came out of the vents. Very good company.

When it came time to replace our almost 50 year old furnace, A/C unit and 20 year old hot water tank, we wanted to use a local company and chose Class A.
