Our initial consult was booked months in advance, but once we had the initial consult the follow up appointments were easy to book. The staff was welcoming and Dr. Charity Siu was AMAZING. She was friendly and knowledgeable and explained all our options. Her assistant Naomi led us clearly through the entire initial consult process. After, there was a small financial hiccup which their billings person resolved immediately. I feel like ClearView Orthodontics cares about our family and I feel like we're in good hands.

Dr. Kim is an excellent medical practitioner. She is quick, clearly has mastery of her field and is very personable. Great with kids and takes the time to make conversation beyond dental care. Her assistant Naomi is excellent as well. Front staff are very efficient.

As an Orthopedic surgeon I can only say that I wish I give my patients the same level of treatment and reasurance we received at ClearView.

We've been saving up for this for some time, and were pleasantly surprised at how many options we were given, and the flexibility that we had on how and when to proceed. Dr. Siu allowed for unknown factors such as if our son goes away to school, for example. We were glad about our decision to choose Clearview Orthodontics!

The staff and Dr Weltman are very kind and ensure that all your needs are met. The care they take to explain treatments and to provide the best care during appointments is amazing!

I understand that Dr Weltman and her staff may feel that they are being innovative with respect to customer service with their level of sales follow-up after a single appointment for an estimate, but the only word I have for what I experienced in their care is harassment. They went as far as to bully my children's dentist into changing his recommendation on when the braces should start, and to work with my ex to provide him a letter to use in court alleging that braces needed to start ASAP. When I called them to ask whether they realized the only possible result of their actions was that I would be spending my time and money in court rather than in the orthdontist's office, their response was "I'm sorry you feel that way. " Used car sales does not hold a candle to the aggression of the approach to work at clearview orthodontics.

Just updating my initial review of 2 years ago. I completed my Invisalign program a year ago and am thrilled with the results and give Top Stars to Dr. Belinda Weltman and ClearView Orthodontics! The ClearView Team are professional, friendly and enthusiastic - they give exceptional customer service from the moment you walk into their clinic that instills confidence and trust. Dr. Weltman has a very compassionate and calming chair side manner and she and her staff are the best at communication. They gave detailed answers to my questions, and kept me informed of the process and what to expect at each appointment every step of the way, including during each procedure while sitting in the chair. They also followed up in a timely fashion with documents for my GP’s records. Aesthetically, the clinic is contemporary and immaculate and beautiful with a spectacular city view, which can only enhance visits. Thank you ClearView Team for the wonderful experience and results!

I had a broken lower retainer and she was able to replace it. A month or so later a piece of the glue chipped off. I called in got a quick appointment and it was resolved in a few minutes. Great service and amazing staff. Very detailed and kind.

Edit: Unfortunately I had to come back 4 times because the glue would not stick to my teeth. Finally after the new lower retainer had fallen off completely, I elected to return and have the whole thing removed. I had had my other permanent retainer for 19 years and had it removed and reattached server times for cleanings and other things and had never had this issue with the glue not sticking to my teeth, though i'm given to understand it's not uncommon. My complaint is that after having issues, no other methods were tried and doing the same thing over again expecting a different result, doesn't work.

The orthodontist was very nice about taking off the glue and on my final visit offered to make me another removable retainer free of charge as we were having so many issues with the permanent retainer, but I declined this solution as I know I wouldn't use it. I do feel like I fell through the cracks of a very busy practice, but I do think that this practice is a good option. The doctor is very understanding and kind and they are accommodating with their patients financial needs.

Dr. Waltmen is amazing and super informative. The ladies behind the front desk are also equally as amazing! Crystal is super helpful and understanding thank you for everything. I had the worst experience with ClearView Orthodontics. They made wait OVER AN HOUR in their waiting room. No one was courteous enough to tell me if that Dr Siu was not available to see me or if there was some overlapping in the appointments, which I would had totally understood because sometimes things doesn't happens as planned.
It was even more difficult to get a second appointment, after confirming twice over the phone, I received an email asking me if I was still interested to see Dr Siu.
I did not feel comfortable and do not see myself going back there for any treatment.

Dr Siu and her staff are so wonderful. We were feeling apprehensive about venturing into orthodontics, as was our daughter and they have made us feel so at ease and so taken care of. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs orthodontic work

It makes a huge difference knowing that even if the braces are going to cause you some discomfort, at least going in to get them adjusted can be a good experience.

I was greeted with smiles and courteously by the front staff. Dr. Siu came and found me and another patient that she was going to see immediately after me. The technicians already had all that was needed laid-out, so my check-up visit was thorough and very efficiently managed by Dr. Siu and her staff, including the booking of my next check-up visit. The complimentary tea/coffee is always a nice treat to enjoy if I arrive early for my appointment.
