I rent a lot of vehicles and needed a car when I was in Abbotsford BC recently. Clearway is the best rental company I've dealt with. Not only was the rental procedure fast and easy, the car was actually clean (no sticky controls, steering wheel etc) and had low mileage. These guys clearly care about what they do and do it well and I highly recommend them.

We were kinda screwed over last minute for our move by U-Haul so I was very happy when I called you guys and you were able to supply us with a vehicle! The woman I spoke with, I think her name was Nicki, but unsure, was amazing and so friendly and kind. I really appreciated all the help we received and it was such a smooth transaction and process. Will 100% be recommending and using you guys again!

We recently rented a 10-seat passenger van (mini bus) for a family vacation. Clearway team was patient and helpful with all our calls and emails to make sure it met our needs and at a fair price. Ultimately our vacation was successful and everyone had a good time. Lots of space, clean, drove comfortably, good enough tech (bluetooth, cruise, A/C etc). Thank you!

I have dealt with Clearway in the past through the organization I used to volunteer at. That would have been 5 or 6 yrs ago. We always had close to excellent service.
2 Small hiccups not a deal breaker. Today, I rented a vehicle for personal use. I phoned Clearway 2 days in advance. They didn't have the vehicle I initially was looking for. The representative put me on hold to check what they have that suits my need. She (sorry I forgot her name) found 1 last vehicle available. Better vehicle & better price. I went to the office to do paperwork & to see the alternative. (I'm a visual person). It was almost closing time, the staff was not hurried, she was cheerful, patient with all my queries. The vehicle was clean inside out. Great customer service Clearway! Keep the good work. My one wish, " discount for seniors " like me. Low fixed income doesn't go far.

I would give them zero stars if possible. After returning the truck at the end of our move they charged us $45 for gas saying that it needs to be returned with a full tank. This wouldn’t be an issue but WE FILLED THE TANK. I have photos of the gas tank before and after the rental and they are both full tank. If your looking for a honest and reliable truck company I DO NOT RECOMMEND using this company. This happened about a year ago with the same company and we will be pursuing justice.

We called in desperate need, a "competitor" (u) just cancelled at the very last minite after an 8 week reservation time line. Cindy answered the phone and right away went to work, juggling schedules and scenarios. Nothing was working, she said if anything comes in, I will call you. I thought nothing would. Then at 8 am the next morning she called with the good news that the truck we needed was there and we could have it for our full time needed!
Clearway really came through for us with the help of this amazing individual.

These guys hooked me up with a beautiful truck in less than a day. They’re vehicles are amazingly clean and well maintained, a little costly but the price included 200 km worth of fuel. All in all a great experience in my opinion

Back in August I had the the opportunity to rent with Clearway Car & Truck Rentals. They were extremely professional with the reservation process over the phone as I was travelling to BC from a different province. The vehicle I rented was amazing (a dodge minivan). The price was amazing (especially taking the competition into account). Cindy Austria was wonderful and answered my questions as many times as I called her (thank you).

We rented from Clearway recently. The vehicle rental itself was great but the staff had a bit of attitude when we checked out so I left a three-star review. I eventually received a call from the customer service manager who handled the situation well after some initial confusion and left me feeling satisfied with how it resolved. I'll rent from here again

Great friendly service and staff. Would recommend over enterprise, hertz, etc if in the area. The COO even offered us a ride to the airport when he saw us standing waiting for a Taxi. We had a unique situation of being stranded with a broken down car and they were more than helpful. 100% recommended.

Kinda just came upon Clearway when we decided to fly into Abbotsford instead of Van. It was a nice surprise! There was a level of personal service (Cindy), and everything was seamless. On a side note the Toyota (Corolla) was a great midsize offer. Thx again.

We have been renting cars from Clearway in Abbotsford for 3 years. Mike and his staff provide 5 star service every time we come to Abbotsford, they go above and beyond with any delays we have in flights and arrivals. Great staff! Great management!

I phone every year looking for a passenger van. I phoned in June the woman that answers is always short and flat out rude. They say it's too early to phone in June for August, I phone in July and they are all gone. Do they not take reservations? Plus they need some customer service education regarding dealing with customers over the phone. Why cannot you not reserve online? So frustrating. Every year I try to deal with them every year I end up going to Driving Force, better prices and AMAZING service.
