We purchased 2 packs of the 3pack prerolls. It tasted and smelled like spice and made all 4 of us feel really weird. I do NOT recommend going there!

Those dispensary has the best staff but WHAT IS THAT SMELL? ! It smells like a dead rat every single time. It honestly makes me feel ill when I'm in there. The staff have all said the owners won't address the issue. PLEASE look into that God forsaken smell!

Morgan is by far my favourite bud tender by far! I visit the Shelborne location about 4-6 times per week with a purchase average of around $40. Morgan always lets me know what is new and exciting as well as has my allergies memorized. I love how her funky aesthetic really adds to the beautiful bud culture and vibe of the store. I am always so excited when she is working because I know she will tell me what’s up! SHE DESERVES A RAISE! 10/10 she has always given the BEST service out of ANY bud tender on your staff (and I’m there so often I know for sure about 85-90% of them). Cannot express enough how great her service is, she is the ONLY… ONLY reason I chose Cloud9 over other dispensaries near by.

A lovely young man named Marc was very helpful in the selection of my marijuana. A good high! A good time! A good shop. Lots of variety and friendly service. Would recommend.

Wonderful store, definitely my favourite option downtown! Great selection of products and super knowledgeable and friendly staff. Was served by Tiana this time and she was great, she found what I was looking for immediately and seemed genuinely interested in the feedback I gave on my last purchase. Same goes for every other budtender whos served me here. These people rock, they clearly care about their work and it shows.

If I could give 10 stars I would! The ladies who were running the counter were extremely helpful and kind. They were enthusiastic about showing us the all different products and very patient with our questions. I love going to a shop with employees that know the product and are excited to share their knowledge!

Until yesterday I had not partook in cannabis smoking before. My wife told me that I should give it a shot, since she learned from perusing the internet that the sativa variety acts as an aphrodisiac. That was very much not the case, and instead I spent the night on the couch accompanied by a box of thin mints. Overall I was quite pleased with my first cannabis experience although my wife surely would not share that sentiment. Special thanks to Abbie for helping me select a splendid “strain” to imbibe with- will surely return for another visit.

Wow. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Unlike other places I've been, they offered a ton of information that I didn't know, without being condescending. Very clean and welcoming place.

Bought a $21 single joint which was defective (fell apart when I lit it) and I went back to the location to ask for a new one (this was withing 5 minutes) and they made me go and PICK UP the weed that fell on the ground downtown. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Another reason to NOT buy from a government run establishment.

Staff was nice but I just spent $30 for 7x0.5g prerolls of the Blue Lemon Thai by tabletop. Asked if it was good before purchase because tabletop can be pretty hit or miss, and was told it was. Unfortunately, it burns black and doesn't stay lit. It was clearly not properly cured or flushed and they won't do anything for you once the product is opened. Don't waste your money.

Refreshingly clean, open, inviting environment and staff. Offers very good, different, special deals each day of the week. Bit of a spa vibe?

Protip: CHECK THE DATES ON YOUR ITEMS BEFORE PURCHASING. Purchased a 3 pack of pre rolls on May 23 2022, packaged on August 40 2021, nearly 9 months old, dry and awful tasting. The employees there are nice enough, but they don't seem to care about selling stale product. Unfortunate, this will keep driving people like me to the black market, the convenience of a downtown store isn't worth the abysmally shoddy product.

They went above and beyond to make good on a purchase that involved some hardware on a cartridge that did not fit properly. There was nothing defective about it, so they could have chosen to do nothing to help me out. Bailey, the store manager, came out to hear my side of the story even though she was on her break, and she made an exception to ensure I felt taken care of. I was already impressed by the service here. They will give you lots of time to ask questions about products and make thoughtful recommendations.

Showed up @ 7: 18PM, door sign says they’re open until 8PM. They closed the door in my face and said they closed at 7PM. First time stopping by, won’t ever return.

Every time I go in here the staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. I usually ask the person helping me what their favourite product is and try that and for the most part I haven't been disappointed. Prices are a bit high but that's to be expected.

Cool little shop that has some bongs and vape stuff for sale. Picked up the Whistler Live Rosin for a birthday present, very potent and terpy. Kind of disappointed in the price considering I can press my own at a fraction of the price, but when you're not hauling around a hydraulic heat press it is what it is. Otherwise cool shop, check it out.

I bought a vape cartridge there and my battery wasn't working with it for whatever reason, Hannah went above and beyond and not only helped me fix the issue but provided me with a spare working battery at no charge. Pot has changed a lot in the 20 years since I tried it last. The staff at the store were knowledgeable and helpful, walking me through the buying process. I only spent a few dollars, but didn't treat me any differently than they would have if I spent more.

The staff were great but they sold us dry and seedy sweet jersey 3, the number 1 bud on their screen and most expensive. Pretty disappointed on the quality. The dubbies were also petite and stubby. Very confused.

I will not be buying this product again because it's not worth the money or the guessing. The buds that are displayed are full but whats in the pack is swag. I thought i would try the dispensary because I thought it would be higher end as it was before legalization.alll good now I know.

Bought an 1/8 here the other day for $45 and was given something that was packaged 15 months ago.terrible way to run a business, I won’t be coming here again unless I want dust again.

I found the store and staff are really nice. They are also doing there best with the product that they have available to them. They have always been straight up with me about what it is I’m getting and the quality of it. Support recreational cannabis so it gets better.

Product purchased was packaged over a year ago and was very poor quality. I would suggest checking the dates on the packaging before paying for anything from these stores. While it may be out of the retailers control, it is disappointing that this experience occured.

Would not reccomend. Second time going there and got a container with nothing in it. They say nothing we can do. Clearly someone’s stealing from behind the counters make sure the seals are good.

Although the store is beautifully designed and the staff is extremely friendly, their product is subpar. Purchased 2 eighths today, one was very good, packaged only a few months ago and was still fresh, and the other is almost a year old and hard as a rock! I can't even grind it in my grinder. Will not be coming back, I would rather go to a store that cares about the quality of their product.

This store was very cool. They have lined up magnifying dishes so you can look at the buds your are going to purchase. We went in with our American passports and we were able to purchase flower and softgels.
The staff was great at answering all of our questions. We now have a shop to go to when we are in Victoria.

Just came out the shop. The employee that served me was super informative and respectful knowing that I am a novice. She listened to the high I was looking get, took couple seconds to think and immediately proceeded with ideas and descriptions of the highs (including the munchies phase).

Get ready for premium prices for sad dry product packaged over a year ago. Enjoy a quarter pound of plastic packaging for every gram of dried flowers you buy. Weed isn't fun anymore.

Selected a strain from the menu that was supposed to be a 24% THC hybrid. Product states on label that it is only 15.4%.
Product was extremely low quality and was produced a year ago according to label. It is bad in taste and has no effect whatsoever.
I would suggest saving your money and not bothering. I am aware that the government chooses what can and cannot be sold but a store must take some responsibility for truthful advertising and quality of product.

The bud comes pre sealed and wasn't as fresh as some of the quads I have had but my no means anything to complain about! They informed me this was out of the hands of the company.
