Ole and his team have been nothing short of amazing. They found me a great condo, provided lots of help and advice- everything from recommendations for lawyers to kitchen reno pros and were always quick to respond to my questions and concerns. They were supportive, sensitive, professional and very knowledgeable about the Victoria market and the properties I was considering. 10/10!

These guys are the best! They managed my rental condo for me for a decade and took care of everything. They always found reliable and reasonably priced contractors to deal with maintenance and repairs and also found great tenants for me. Finally, when it was time to sell, they did so promptly and successfully. I trust them 100% and would recommend them to anyone.

I met Hannah at one of her open houses and really liked her professionalism and enthusiasm. I hired her to help me find my dream place and we did it! She was available for questions and quickly figured out my likes and dislikes and helped me negotiate a terrific deal in the neighbourhood I loved most. What a great experience all around! Hannah was such a pleasure to work with. As a Realtor myself I truly appreciate when the other agent is one step ahead the whole time. Communication was top notch and the effort was there until completion. We need more agents like Hannah!

As an applicant I find Clover Residential process NOT transparent. I have inquired about several rental listings, mostly immediately after it was posted on their website and NEVER heard back. I was not given a clear explanation on HOW applicants are selected for viewing during my two in-person visits. I was told once that it will take one week to hear back, and during my second visit I was told that I may never be contacted to view a unit, and that I should just keep waiting and checking the website and watch the unit change status to rented.
There are phone numbers listed on their website, but no one responds to phone calls.
In person visits are pointless as obviously there is no respect and value for applicants time who goes into their office only to get vague, inconsistent and somewhat disrespectful responses.
I find their process and treatment of applicants not aligned with what they advertise on the website "FIND A HOME". It is more like "FIND A HOME AND WATCH IT TILL IT GOES RENTED (NOT BY YOU) "

Clover Residential (formerly Duttons) managed my rental property for more than 17 years and then sold it for me today. Their service has been outstanding in every way. Courteous, efficient and professional.

They failed to keep meetings as agreed upon despite being advised of imperative timings. Recommend avoiding business with these people as they've put me in a bind through carelessness. [Edited to respond to below: a snarky response to a basic statement of fact illustrates the poor quality of professionalism one should expect from Clover. If my comment doesn't deter you from interacting with this company, theirs should. ]
