As a first time user. I had a great experience. I received guide and help needed to get through the laundry process. Staff are thoughtful and pleasant. Thank you for kind words to my daughter as well.

Great family owned laundromat! The staff is kind and professional, and the owners are responsive. 10/10 would recommend!

Some of their machines don’t work properly and they blame the customers. The woman was super rude and refused to fix the problem. I’ve been coming here for awhile and have never had a problem until now.

They are the most expensive laundry mat in the lower mainland. They close to early throughout the week for most daytime workers to get there. They play their music which most who do laundry there do not like to listen to. They are very nice though and the place is nice and clean.
