Dr. Gill was so amazing, not only did she make me feel comfortable and relaxed with my procedure, my daughter came away praising dentists. She now wants to be a dentist after watching Dr. Gill. For once, I am excited to go see my dentist.

Convenient location with lots of parking and shops nearby, clean premise, welcoming and organized front desk staff- and good dental treatment in the chair. Come here if you want your dental hygiene in good hands!

I am a very nervous patient but was made to feel very comfortable during a rather long appointment for two crowns. Then a few days later again in for a couple of fillings. Dr. Casey is just the best and has a wonderful sense of humour. The two hygienists are amazing, they are very gentle and thorough. I also have to say I am really pleased with their Covid protocols and felt very safe. The entire staff are just the best and I am happy to recommend the clinic.

Great staff here. I tend wait years and years to be seen by a dentist because I have extreme anxiety around going but ive already been twice this year! The staff made me feel comfortable, even when I tried to escape. Lol! While I was there today, the lady (Sorry I forgot your name!) who cleaned my teeth about 2 months prior, recognized me, and talked to me about my root canal that I was getting done today, and even checked on me when I was finished. It was really nice.
Do not recommend getting a root canal, but if you have to, definitely come to cloverdale crossing dental! Haha

Top Rated and top class staff, assists and very highly qualified and skilled doctors in dentistry. Atmosphere is hospitable. Excellent job done by Dr Shaheen and her assistant. Good job done by Hussan and Kiran on cleaning and polishing. Will visit again in future. Highly recommend.

The Dental Assistant I had was very rough. She was taking x-rays of my teeth and was forcing the thing in my mouth quite hard and brought tears to my eyes. She cut the skin under my tongue and made me bleed. I had to use an oral wound care once I got home. I didn't say anything while at the dentist, but I think i should have. I am in my late 40s, and this is the worst I have ever been treated. (This was my first time at this dentist, and will be my last.) The dentist, though, was very thorough and kind. I felt like I was in good hands with her, and that she was honest and straightforward. When I think of my experience, I start to cry. I wont be back.

This is the nicest dental clinic I ever known. The stop is just so nice and makes sure you’re comfortable and that everything is done so well down to the smallest details.

I loved this dentist office for years but today was the last day that we will step foot in it. My daughter underwent 1 1/2 hours of dental work with no freezing as it wore off after the initial 45 minutes. She endured an hour and a half of sheer agony. She raised her hand several times to let them know it was hurting and was ignored. When she came home, I noticed that her face and cheek were visibly bruised and she was extremely upset. She ended up missing work because of the experience at the dentist. I can not imagine what my daughter went through. The second hygienist that assisted the dentist as the procedure took over 2 hours, completely ignored my daughter even though she was visibly hurting. While the dentist has amazing bedside manners, the lack of respect for patience comfort and pain left my daughter vowing to never return to a dentist office that we all once held in high esteem. We will not be back.
