Had appointment for covid shot they didn't have any left took my phone number and said they would call nwhen haven't heard

This place is terrible.appointment only and the Doctor wouldn't even see me about my eye twitching problem and only proscribe Ativan as a band aid solution and the second time i came in for my infected finger, they wouldn't bother seeing me about it (is it cause I'm white?) better off going to surrey memorial if its that bad.avoid this place

Dr. Singh is wonderful but unfortunately the receptionist is very rude. TIP OF THE DAY: Listening is an integral part of communicating!

Best doctor ever! I am so lucky to have him as a family doctor. Very responsive and highly knowledgeable. Forever grateful!

Horrible service at this medical clinic. I was told by the doctor he is accepting new patients, I transferred my file over from my previous doctor. Set up an appointment, drove out 40 minutes to only be turned away because he isn’t accepting any new patients despite him being the family doctor for the rest of my family & accepting my file. There is very poor communication between staff, the receptionists are full of attitude, the doctor comes across as very rude and extremely unprofessional. My concerns were ignored, I was not given any guidance or help to find a another doctor. If you care about your health and loved ones avoid this medical clinic!

Dr. Sing that works there is a fraud. He would not see me for my persistent eye twitching problem i had been having for months (Vaccine injury) instead he just proscribed 1.5mg 3 doses of Ativan.more of a bandaid then actually addressing the issue and treating it like a Dr should. I hope he has his medical license taken away from him. I would advise anyone with common sense to seek out a more legitimized Doctor and not a fruad! DR SING IS A JOKE!

The website clearly states that this is a walk-in clinic. I came in today to get a diagnosis, there was only 1 person waiting and they claim they don't do walk ins, and they are not accepting any new patients? Please change your website details or else you'll just be wasting other people's time whom are in need of help. PS: Reception needs to work on their demeanor of customer service, very rude, and full of cold shoulders

Why do they say Walk in, when they’re not! And the receptionist was very rude, asked if I could walk in or make an appointment? Got told “Only family physician, Ok bye. ” Hung up on me. RUDE

I ask to talk with Dr. But the receptionist answer "He's not here" and hang the phone right away without giving me any option.
