Clubcard never disappoints. I've always received what I was expecting. Good quality. Good service. Good people. I recommend them often.

The only company I rely on for all my local business printing needs. Been using them for more than 20 years. What else can I say. Keep it up guys.

Fantastic customer service. A piece showed up broken from shipping and I sent them an email with pictures of the broken piece and they replied within 30 mins saying that they will send me my replacement pieces ASAP. The product is sturdy and super easy to set up. LOVE LOVE LOVE!

We love Clubcard! We've used Clubcard for a few print projects now (business cards, custom hang tags, and small thank you cards). The print quality and paper stocks they offer are out of this world. They also communicate well and deliver in the timelines they promise. Nothing but praise for this great print company!

I am really impressed with the printing of my postcards. The colour looks true to the artwork I gave them. The team is very polite and sent emails to update me. Printing and shipping was super fast.

Just received the 12 x 18" posters printed on gloss 80 lb.stock. These are stunning and also many thanks for the extra prints both in the proofing and the actual run. Now we start our regular runs with great confidence. You folks are awesome!

I have place several orders with Clubcard recently and absolutely love them. Their printing is great quality and everything has always turned out beautifully and their prices are reasonable. I wanted to print my own postcards but was new to the process. The website was very easy to navigate and it was easy to find all the info needed. Very fast turn around and I appreciated all the email updates on how everything was progressing. Delivery was fast. Amazing company, as a professional graphic designer having a great printing company I know I can trust and will give great service is extremely important. I have been using Clubcard for the past 3 years and have never had a single issue. They are responsive the odd time I have a question, they turnaround products quick, and they have great value for money.

Amazing service! Quick, and very helpful. I was very happy with the overall design of my prints. The quality is top notch! I love that they have so many options especially for a designer like myself who has many ideas and this helped execute my idea onto print to exactly what I had imagined. These guys know what they are doing and I will continue to do business! I also love that they are local and you can have the option to pick up at the location or delivery to your house.

Had a work project of saddle stitched booklets done at Clubcard, they were very helpful and responded to my questions quickly. The final quality was great! Being able to drop by and pick up was so easy, I would for sure use them again.

Excellent quality. As an Illustrator, I regularly get fine art prints printed through Club Card and the quality and the colours are incredible. Highly highly recommended. Turn around is quick and I’m happy to have found a great solution for printing my art.

Etta was very attentive to my order and was extremely helpful. There was a issue with my first order and they rectified it immediately without hesitation. Great customer service.

Will not continue to use this service on account of: poor turn around time, poor communication (they informed me my order would be ready on said day, so I made a big effort to come in, and it wasn't. It was ready the next business day, but one item had printing had mistakes, that they didn't catch, but I did.so I had to come back yet a third time!), and overall poor quality. I'm speaking about their totes. Can not rate other products. But customer service could be better. I don't think it's acceptable to require your customers three visits for a single order.

Called and no one picked up. Not sure how much longer it is going to take to complete.

High prices compared to other businesses. They don't care about helping the customer, anyway I paid twice for low quality cards that I can't even use. My advise, search someone else

The prices are a bit higher than some competitors but you really do get what you pay for. The vinyl stickers were really well made and cut perfectly.

Although they had me worried about getting my rush job done on time, they never failed to meet the deadline.

The labels were perfect and delivered to us promptly. Ours are for the jars of marmalade used as wedding favours. Labels quality is excellent. The people at Clubcard are extremely helpful. I will absolutely recommend Clubcart to anyone who needs labels to be printed.

Website is SO easy to use and staff is extremely responsible and helpful. I use them to print artwork to sell at conventions and they have been incredibly helpful with advice on the best paper to use for my projects. I always come away really happy!

I had clubcard print business cards, a 96x96 inch back drop and a couple other banner stands. The quality and price was excellent I highly recommend! I will coming back. They forgot to put my backdrop with my order and they are closed for the weekend. So I messaged their Facebook account and the owner got back to be almost right away. He met me at the shop and made sure I got my banner! Excellent customer service!

I can't help but wonder if the bad review I saw is from a disgruntled ex-girlfriend trying to cause trouble. LOL

Great quality. Amazing turnaround time. Newly addicted to their fine art printing! Everyone has always been super friendly, especially when I had a weird thing happening with my file-they called me and sorted it out super quick and we even had a few laughs along the way. Thank you for existing!

Won’t use them again. They print some stuff in Toronto without letting you know. So my order was sent with Purolator who couldn’t find our building Downtown. I didn’t have my order in time for our event - so they said they’d “work something out. ” They didn’t - I paid full price. Just too few staff members to deliver so you can’t blame them but I’m not trusting them with any more business where there’s a deadline. Print quality was fine so if there’s no rush it shouldn’t be an issue.

1) no, Purolator couldn’t find my address - twice
2) you already promised to ‘do something’ twice and haven’t

Honestly I get you have few people and my biggest concern is lack of communication. Too small for businesses to rely on.
