CM CHICKEN KITSILANO

My partner and I got take-out here last night because it was one of the few places open on Christmas Eve in our neighbourhood. We ordered the Couples Combo, which comes with 4 variations of the chicken. I'm not normally a big fried chicken person.but this meal blew our minds. The flavours were amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful too. Will definitely be coming back here!

Best fried chicken in the city. Beats downlow, beats the other korean chicken places. The lemon grass chicken is a must and good price!

They have done a fantastic job with the seasoning of the chicken meat itself, and the breading was crispy yet light.the owner and staff were super attentive and kind to us, providing great service. I will definitely be visiting again!

JI saw the sign while exploring the area around my Airbnb and everything on the board sounded like an absolute BEAUTY meal. Settled on the classic chicken. When I tell you I’ve never had a bite of chicken like than in 27 years old life I mean it. The chicken and batter alone is flavourful enough to satisfy six different tongues from a single bite. The flavour is INSANE. If you’re WHITE white it’ll be “mildly spicy” but god damn order the SPECIAL SAUCE and chill out! The sauce is elite but most specifically the spicy Thai style sauce and the “special sauce” our host recommended. I literally would sacrifice six goats to have a CHANCE to eat at this restaurant again. THANK YOU to the bros at CM CHICKEN you Truly changed my life and I am never going to be satisfied eating chicken anywhere else ever again

New favourite restaurant! Delicious chicken + great vibe + amazing service!

Four of us walked in as they were about to close. I jokingly said, "How can you tease us by having your doors open like this? ! " They said, "Ok ok you can order 1 regular sized order to-go". Haha. Did not expect that!

We ordered Snow Onion Chicken, and it was the BEST Korean style chicken we've had! There were around 12 pieces, which totally hit the spot as a late night snack for the 4 of us. For dinner I'd say I can eat one order by myself with maaaybe some leftover to snack on later.

The server was so nice and patient. And (I think it was) the owner was super nice too. We ate at the outdoor seating area right outside of the restaurant, and they kept the light on for us. (Actually they turned off all the lights at first, but we all made loud complaining noises, so they turned the lights back on, and came out to ask, "What else do you guys want? ! " and came back to give us some free beverages.ahahhaha great vibes.

There's ~20 of us playing volleyball in Kits often. I think we're going to come visit CM Chicken a lot!

Amazing food! Amazing staff! Amazing service! Amazing ambience! Hands down the best korean fried chicken i have had in my life: ”D So thankful that I came here to eat before leaving Vancouver! Got the platter, spicy soy garlic and snow onion! All were fabulous! The oppa serving us was kind, courteous and smiley too! A must -go if you are in Vancouver!

Our waiter was so nice and friendly and joked with us a lot, we learnt that it was his 2nd week on the job and he was really great! Checked up on us often and even let us sample the beers.

The boss was also extremely hospitable and kind, and gave us free radish, and even upsized our 2 large chicken orders and gave us free dumplings

We ordered a pitcher of beer, sampler combo, one large yangnyeom and a large snow onion for a group of 6 and left extremely satisfied and stuffed, the chicken was really flavourful and the batter light and crispy, not oily and served piping hot. Even their radish was perfectly acidic and good for cleansing your palate! The sauces were amazing as well (especially liked the wasabi garlic soy sauce)

The food is one of the best fried chickens I have ever had in the town. The service is also fantastic. Highly recommended for gathering.

A really nice restaurant. The food taste awesome, and boss is very welcome. He gives us a free sparkling juice. It’s a nice place to have some food and chat with friends.:)

I've experienced HAEVEN when i bite their chicken. Really fresh, great texture, and the sauce (snow onion) was unbelievablely delicious.
Also, their deep-fryed dumpling was also greeaaat ever.

Kind staff is bonus!

I would live there if my home nearby.

UberEats order. Sunday night, rain and wind, I think most customers would understand if their order is running late. CM Chicken gave me a lot of EXTRA FOOD and EXTRA CHICKEN when they absolutely did not need to. I ordered their original plain CM Fried Chicken. The delivery arrived HOT with two salads (fresh and crunchy, mixed greens and bell peppers, dressing on the side), lots of radish, and a Coke! Chicken is PERFECTLY crispy, juicy, and not overly oily. Served with lemon wedges and they gave me an extra spicy sauce on the side. The pieces are large and makes you want to ditch any utensils and just dig in with your hands. Oh so satisfying, especially when you got a fried chicken craving. I had another go-to place in downtown Vancouver for chicken and now I am a CONVERT! If you live in the area, you gotta try Choong Man Chicken! Too bad I can't leave a photo because we finished all the food already!

We had the combo and it was great! Tasted like chicken in Korea. Also, very very very nice service! Would definitely go again!

It was absolute pleasure to have a great Korean chicken. I have been seeking for good Korean chicken ever since I came to Canada. And I think i finally found one. It’s amazing place not only by the taste of the chicken but also by extraordinary customer service. The owner was friendly, warm, nice and welcoming. I felt that he genuinely wanted us to have a nice experience at his restaurant. That made me feel good with the food as well as the service. I have a feeling that I would become a regular here. Love the place definitely recommend it. Dumplings are insanely good as well️

We think this place serves the best chicken in Vancouver so far. I tried many places. Hope the quality stays for the long run.

A little bit small place but awesome taste. The store owner was very kinds and helpful to enjoy my time. Definitely, I'm already a big fan about this chicken, especially one with onion.

I highly recommend this restaurant. Very good chicken and a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Will be recommending to my friends and family.
