Have lived in my building for just over two years now and Sanjay has been an exceptional concierge during that time

I've lived in 1331 West Georgia since May 2021, and from day 1, the building staff have always stood out. From always greeting you with a smile to being extremely helpful at every step - they do it all. Out of all the great people, I have to mention 2 specific people. First, Sanjay - he has always been the go-to for any questions and help needed. He has gone out of his way to help me and other residents with anything, including providing additional support on occasions that I've been injured. He treats everyone with tremendous respect, taking care to know people and make everyone feel very comfortable. Second, Ken - it's always a delight to see his smiling face when coming home. He's respectful to everyone and incredibly supportive.

It's been a great pleasure to get to know Sanjay, Ken and others, and I'm incredibly grateful for their hard work and support!

Sanjay the head concierge @ Pointe is one of the most, professional, helpful, and friendly person working in this building.

I have often interacted with two of the concierges in our building in coal harbour, Mr Sanjay V and Mr Ken. Both have been really helpful and excellent. They go above and beyond in trying to know the residents and handling any request or situation. It's always a pleasure to walk past the concierge desk when one of them is there. I would highly recommend their services.

Sanjeev has been the greatest concierge at Cooper’s Pointe! We have moved away, but will always remember his professionalism and kindness to all of our family. We just wish everyone has a concierge like Sanjeev!

The Pointe is a wonderful building with excellent staff. Especially the head concierge Sanjay. He not only makes everyone feel at home, but he knows the building inside out. For everyone living in the building and or managing it, this is priceless. Not only for security reason, but he knows what to do, who to call and simply fix things on his own when needed. He's the best concierge we ever had. And I've been an owner for over 25 years and on the strata council as well.
Without Sajay the building would not be what it is. We are very lucky to have him, and hopefully for many years to come. Thank you Sajay for all you've been doing for us. And you are also a big part of our Pointe family.
