CMO FLOORING

I called this company based on Google high review 3 days ago! The guy asked me to send photos, then more photos, our emails to send a quote, last name etc.and kept promising us to send a quote over, I had to keep texting/calling him for many times for 3 days! I finally told him that I will post a comment on Google for being misleading and unprofessional. I got a call from him immediately wanting to work it out,! Don't know HOW he got so many good reviews on Google! So misleading and UNPROFESSIONAL. I would NOT recommend others to hire them for services. This kind of attitude will make people frustrated, unreliable and can't be trusted.

Working with the owner was an incredible experience. He was very knowledgeable and very kind!

CMO flooring was amazing. I called them and they came in the next day, checked the level of my floors with a laser. Olin explained the whole process to us. They were able to fit me in two days later and completed the whole suite within the day. They put protective sheets on the floors from the front of the apartment building to my door. My floors had been in bad shape and I was so impressed the next day when I saw the leveling job they had done. They were fast, efficient, well priced, professional and I appreciated the information given.

We used Olin's service in 2019 for replacing the carpet with wooden flooring for a home we had purchased. Everything seemed great at first upto the point when we made the advance payment.
We had made arrangements with our strata for the work for a certain date after discussing with Olin, but when the date came close, he totally ignored what we had decided and forced us to get in done earlier and in a total rush.

After the installation we found broken things everywhere. Our wall paints were damaged, sliding doors were broken and overall it was a mess.
We even found half eaten chocolate bars in our dryer!

Olin's partner Daniel was worse. After the whole thing was done, Daniel gave me a call to ask how the experience was. I explained the situation to him, and he said that he would like to come and take a look. What Daniel didn't tell me was that he was trying to sell his service to our neighbour. When Daniel came to see the place, I thought he was genuinely interested in seeing what went wrong, but instead he just showed the flooring to our neighbour and left. I was so dumbfounded with his actions.

Overall a very poor experience with this company.

These guys are really busy but they fit me on a weekend.
I had a few ppl in to have a look but Olin checked my floor with a laser even before the carpet came up and so we had a pretty good idea about the leveling.
That took a day and so did the installation we had of 600sf on our main floor in a townhouse.

Daniel and Olin are very nice and professional. They explain different steps of floors installation clearly and communicate changes in a timely manner. They are knowledgeable about floors. I’m happy with the results I’ve got. The Hickory engineered floors look really nice in my apartment. I’d recommend to check out CMO Flooring if you are thinking about new floors.

I was looking for a company for installation of flooring in my condo and was referred to CMO from a friend. I found Daniel excellent to deal with over the phone. He was professional, courteous and efficient. Within days the installer/leveller, Olin, was at my place to discuss how to approach the project and to give me a price estimate. The price was very reasonable and the quote was nicely detailed so there was no question how he arrived at the total sum. I was in contact with Daniel and Olin throughout the entire process. They were easy to talk to and happy to answer all my questions. I felt that customer satisfaction with the finished work was important to them. In the end, the floor looked beautiful and Olin and his partner did a great job. They left the place nice and clean. I don't hesitate to recommend CMO flooring.

Great professionals and best customer service I have seen at a flooring company.
I went to the store thinking is one of the many stores I have visited and here I met Daniel, who promptly understood what I was looking for and prepared me a tailored offer I couldn’t refuse.
In no time my installation was booked and I got the chance to meet their professional floor installers, who were very polite and focus to do a great job in the short timeline I gave them.
The wood floor is beautiful and I enjoy it evrey day, I would recommend CMO flooring with all my heart.

Highly recommend this company. Although he was dressed in a tuxedo, on his way to a wedding, Daniel went out of his way to help us. Talk about great service! And the price was the best in town. Although its a small storefront there's a fantastic selection in all price ranges. Can't say enough good things about Daniel.

Had these guys in to do a complete demo and install. They were fantastic! Professional and courteous they took great care and did not damage a thing, they were even nice enough to move some of my stuff around as they worked. They left the place cleaner than they found it! Would highly recommend these guys for any of your future products!

CMO flooring is Absolutely fantastic! The service they provided are carpet removal, floor leveling, laminate floor install, and new carpet install. Great experience with CMO replacing our old carpets with new. Daniel at the store was professional and responsive, and gave advice on a range of options for us, but with none of the usual pressure you can run into in this situation. The rates on materials and installation were excellent. Installation happened as soon as we were ready for it - no delays here. In fact the turnaround for the whole project was really efficient, and Daniel kept us in the loop at every stage and was attentive to our needs. The installers were also professional and polite, and turned up on time. They did an excellent job of fitting the carpet, leaving no mess behind them in our suite or on the Strata property. They completed the job quickly and neatly.
