I buy a perfume from coach store like a gift for my friend birthday but when she use it she didn't like it so she called me to bring it back to me and after 2 days I called them in the morning before I go there to return the perfume she said yes you can even the box it's open and use for 1 time she says yes after few hours I go to the store on and I bring the perfum with me she said sorry the box it's open I can't return it and I feel sad coz I was to return the perfum and bring something else to my friend and no body tell my when you open the box you can't return it all the brands you can return the perfum after open the box I'm very sad for that class brand coach really I'm very disappointed

GIVE MARIA HER FLOWERS! So so so freaking satisfied with the customer service here, absolutely top tier. I felt on top of the world! So helpful with any concerns and I didn't feel pressured to purchase anything at all. I probably stayed for an hour asking a gajillion questions and came home with something I'm happy with. The store is pretty small and doesn't have that many options compared to some other locations, but they usually carry the most sought-after classics.
Do not go anywhere near this store if you want to save your money. That warm hospitality paired with Coach's timeless (master) pieces should only be approached if you can SPEND.because you'll want to!
Thank you to the staff for making my day! Though note, I had troubles for a good couple minutes with my card (I made the purchase so it ended up fine) but that might be worth looking into.

I had a most helpful exchange with Dominica, and José at this Coach location. Both employees listened to every one of my concerns on two separate occasions, and had them addressed thoroughly yet promptly in an approachable, and non-stuffy way. Thank you again!
