I brought my 2013 Corvette Z07 with 22k kms to Jason specifically as I was told the shop's quality was very high. During the repair they drained my battery twice, insisting the car has problems and that they did nothing wrong. The car was in service at Carter Cadillac right before bringing it to Jason, the same morning. The car went back to Carter, they said nothing was wrong and charged the battery. Car went back to Jason. Battery is drained again the next day! Jason tells me I have broken mirror lights and that he should disassemble my mirror to fix it. I told him to take it to Carter. They again said there is nothing wrong and showed him how to turn the interior lights off. When I come to pick up the car after 10 days, the rear hatch (the part replaced) was off by as much as 3/4 of an inch in terms of gaps fitment, both vertically and horizontally. I told them I can't take the car back like that. Second time I go to pick it up, the power close on the rear hatch doesn't work and the alignment is still off, I leaver it again and go home empty handed again. Third time I come to pick it up, alignment is good, power close works. On way home, I Iook in the rear view mirror and see massive scratches all over the rear hath on the inside. I pull over and inspect. The hatch, they just replaced is scratched to all hell. Finally, car has been out in the rain and the hatch is leaking like a faucet and my before perfect car stinks of mold. I am reporting this shop to ICBC. Oh, and I have had zero battery issues since picking it up. Thanks team! BTW - I have all convos with Jason and Carter documented and am happy to post it.
