Not sure whats wrong with the admin staff here, as i have been trying to reach them both by phone and email for over 2 weeks now to follow up on a referral and no response at all. Dr Peach is usually good with helping me out and has great care to his patients however i also havent been able to book any appointments either with him as i cant reach anyone and online said had none available. * update been almost a month now and still not able to get ahold of anyone at reception. Finally able to get an appt to follow up with the dr at least.

No one answers the phone, even you try to call them 10 times, no answer, really bad, other medical clinics its not like this, I had to do my mamogram there was a letter from Fraser Health, the clinic never told me they canceled it, I was waiting for 8 months, finally I went to jim Pattison to find out what's going on t, I was told all information was send to dr office.

I don't usually write reviews, but I was baffled as this was the absolutely WORST experience with medical care I ever had. I have been around. I lived in multiple countries, received public and private medical care many times, so can say for sure this was the worst!

I paid 192,50 dollars for less than a 5 minute talk and an internet quiz, which I filled in, delivered to reception on the spot and was told to go home so I would later receive a call regarding a prescription and referral.

It's been three weeks, I called the clinic multiple times, the calls went through just a handful of times when I was really persistent.

When I was finally able to get in touch with the reception, I was informed the doctor didn't leave ANY notes on my file, nor any instruction or let anyone know that I was supposed to receive a call back. They asked me to wait for another week so they could get in touch with the doctor and have more information. Which is totally fine as it was not on them.

I waited patiently through another week. On the day they asked me to call back I found out the clinic haven't reached out to the doctor yet, neither did he bother to reach out to the clinic. The call back resulted in hearing they are woefully too busy to reach out to him while he is on duty in the clinic, that I should stop calling them and wait for them to call me back while refusing to provide any estimation on when this call would be, so god knows how long that would take, and concluding hanging up on my face.

I live nearby, I walked past the clinic a few minutes later and could see through the window they had 3-4 people in the waiting room, it was fairly empty. They were not busy as they said AT ALL.

I DO NOT recommend this clinic to anyone and wish I could have my money back so I could go to another clinic that might actually care about their patients.

I just did a walk in had to get my results reviewed my doctor was available end of the day. Dr peach ended up taking the walk in and my helped my review my reports. The girl at receceptiok shay helped me she went above and beyond. Thank you dr for seeing me at such a short notice and shay great job. I visited today few minutes ago.

I went here to get a fit to work letter from the doctor. Dr. Solgi was asking me to pay $280 for the fit to work letter. It’s over pricing. This is a scam! I went to another walk in clinic and it’s only $50 for each document example for fit to work, sick note etc.
The clerk was so rude to talk to patients. Mostly Filipino workers are at the front dest clerk. They were so mean to the patients. How could they do this in medical health environment!
Please act professionally. I wonder why lots of people cancelling their appointments to Coal Harbours clinic as the clerk are so rude and it’s overpricing.
I should give you zero star!

Horrible clinic, absolutely unacceptable manners towards the patients. I was walk in client and has been told that my waiting time is 45 min, I waited patiently 1: 10 and when I asked when is my turn the red headed receptionist complaint to me that I am a walk in patient and that they don’t guarantee the waiting time. And it’s my fault that I am walk in and they told me to wait 45 min and it’s already passed 1: 10 h and I still need to wait another 3 clients. Please be professional and accept us at the right time frame or don’t give us time frame just tell a we don’t know. And talk to us nicely we are you clients and we pay for you to be working there.

Made TWO appointments, on two different days, with different doctors, and both literally Did. Not. Show. Up.

Apparently, on both occasions, these doctors had had "emergencies".

These were phone appointments, and you'd think reception could have offered courtesy calls, but nah.

Suffice it to say that medical *attention* is not something these folk offer.

I would give zero stars if possible, the receptionists are extremely rude, I was in the clinic waiting for my appointment when an elderly man claimed he had a cough and would like to see the doctor, the receptionist handed him and antigen text and asked him to go outside the clinic and do the test before re-entering, he explained he couldn’t read the instructions and he was completely ignored. Another patient ended up assisting him outside and showed him how to use the antigen test, it came back positive and he was treated disgustingly. He was told (very loudly) to leave immediately and he was visibly distressed. It was so upsetting to everyone in the clinic who witnessed this. My own experiences have been awful also! Waiting more than 3 months for results that I was informed would take 2 weeks, the doctor I saw was also very dismissive and showed no compassion at all. I am not one to complain but I really want to share my experience in the hope people will go to a different clinic if possible.

DONT go here. The doctors don’t care about you at all. You will go in and out of an appointment in 5 minutes with nothing but an antibiotic perscription. I had them prescribe so many antibiotics that I ended up with c diff at just 18 years old. AWFUL experience.

I had a really great experience here. I called as soon as they opened to ask some basic questions and was patiently helped out. When I walked in for my unscheduled visit I was in to see a doctor within 10 minutes and was treated right away. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I feel confident in the support I received.

Dr Ali is the worst Dr I’ve come across. He can get away with being terrible at their job because there are just not enough dr’s in BC. All I’ll say is I wish I’d listened to other reviews on here that warned of his rude manner, talking over patients, raising his voice before you finish talking, and offering no help other than ‘if you think you need to see a doctor go to a walk in clinic. ’

Very disappointed with this clinic. I have booked two in person appointments and had them cancel the day before. I tried to do just a phone call again and the doctor didn’t call me till 2 hours after my booked time. I couldn’t take the call when they finally phoned because I was at work. Super frustrating when you are looking for help

Worst customer service and poor time management. I had a scheduled phone appointment for 11: 50am and after waiting for 40min I had to call the clinic to figure out what’s going on and why nobody called me. The reception lady very rude, she said that if I don’t like to wait I should find another clinic and then she hang up.

To management of this clinic: you should better train your staff and teach them the basics of proper communication. Also you need to address this ridiculous wait time for scheduled appointments (not walk in). You are wasting people’s time.

Online booking for dr appt are super fast and all the doctors are great BUT I’ve been trying to call for three days to get the requisition for my xray and no one ever answers the phone. I called the pharmacy, they told me that there’s someone at the desk. What happened to this place? It’s so hard to find a dr in the town. Can you please hire more staff to pick up the phone.

Came for an appointment, told to come back in an hour. Came back in an hour and had to wait another hour and counting. Receptionists are clearly burnt out of their jobs with no people skills. Been here multiple times as we were assigned a nurse practitioner as our “family doctor” but we have never met her. See various doctors and have only had a positive experience once with Dr. Peach who seemed like a competent doctor. Would recommend going anywhere else, would probably have a better experience.

The negative reviews are absolutely real and you should pay attention to them. A friend of mine went here for help and the doctor straight up denied them and walked out. Didn't even justify his response. Why do we allow people like this to retain their medical license? I would avoid this place at all costs if I were you. Good luck

Reception was not very helpful. Dr. Borji was rude. He made me feel like I was wasting his time. Next morning I spoke to a different doctor (Dr. Arab) and got my prescription for anti-biotics. Avoid if possible.

Went because the lower right of my abdomen was in pain for numerous days. The Doctor Borji performed an appendicitis test on me. He did it twice, and both times I flinched in pain. He told me to get some Gas-X and take it 4 times a day and that the pain will go away in a week. I was in a lot of pain, and because of the poor reviews on here, I decided to get a second opinion at the Hospital. I arrived, they tested me the same way (as well as performing an MRI on my abdomen), determined I had appendicitis, and told me I was going into surgery right away.

Not only that, but while I was waiting in the waiting room, I overheard a conversation between the receptionist and a patient. The patient was upset because she arrived for her scheduled appointment only to find out her doctor had left early and wouldn't be coming back. Naturally, she wanted some answers (and wasn't rude about it), but the receptionist was rude to her. I was surprised the way she was talking to the patient.

Avoid this place like a plague.

This is the second time I have used this clinic (as a walk-in) and I am impressed with their operations. Today, Sunday, I called, they answered, and I was seen, in-person, within an hour. They had my history on file and my Rx was filled next door within 1/2 hr. Thank you to the staff and Dr.

Unfortunately the negative reviews are all true… the receptionists are totally over loaded as the office books way too many patients here to maximize revenues, causing grumpy patients, 1-2 hours wait times, and stressed out/curt receptionists; it all becomes a vicious cycle and while I try to be as positive as possible, it does test my patience. The best receptionist was one of the Caucasian ladies but that was years ago. The best bedside manner doctor here is Dr Stephen Peach but he works limited hours. Other good doctors seem to be residents; one that stood out was the Asian (Chinese?) doctor, he was super thorough and kind. I usually come here because it’s close by but would avoid if I could find a family doctor somewhere downtown!

I don't usually review but these guys are AWFUL. I had Dr. Borji send a request to St. Paul's for medication and he forgot to sign it and the clinic didn't contact me at all. I now have to get another set of tests because the time ran out. Another doctor with them faxxed a form to the wrong location and when they recieved the right one, again didn't contact me to let me know and just didn't do anything for weeks.

You guys need to get your administration game in order. It's unbelievably bad how patients are expected to hound you in order to get anything done. I get you're busy, I get the health care system is stressed but this is really bad.

Honestly the worst doctors visit I’ve ever had. Not only were the reception staff rude and had no bedside manor but my old male doctor chose to mansplain me telling me and refusing to prescribe me certain medication that I regularly take and have proof of needing. Additionally when I tried to discuss birth control with him he claimed to know nothing about the birth control I was interested in and directed me straight to a pharmacist. Honestly this man shouldn’t have his doctors license if he isn’t going to take womens health seriously.

Don't put too much stock in the negative reviews. A health clinic deals with people at their most stressed and anyone with a negative experience is far more likely to vent their frustration with a review than someone who had a neutral experience.

Personally I walked in off the street for a scrip refill when my GP was out of town and had exactly what I needed in less than an hour. The staff and doctor could not have been more pleasant and courteous. This is a very nice clinic and pharmacy in an ideal location. Please remember to keep a positive and kind attitude there.
The staff are overworked already and they are trying to help you.

Dr. Borji is the worst doctor there
I couldn’t read the reviews before of make appointment with him. It only took 5 minutes he even didn't check my symptoms he just said we don't do that here is not like your country.
I was so disappointed if you feel unwell and too worried I recommend to go directly to an emergency hospital sometimes is better than going to walking clinics here.

Dr. Shahrokhi sent me to emergency and told me to go ASAP. I ended up coming to the hospital emergency only for the ER doctor to tell me that this was completely unnecessary and that the walking clinic doctor should have been taken care of it.
This doctor was so inefficient, had no bedside manner and scared the heck outta me for no reason. AVOID THIS CLINIC!

Extremely unhappy with the service of this clinic. In the past 6 months I have had to fight tooth and nail for my pain medications that I use for extreme pain from a car accident. Each time i have called In over the last 6 months the doctor has forgotten to send off my prescriptions leaving me in immense pain where I have had to go to emergency in tears. The medication I am on is NOT a medication you can just “forget” to send off. This medication is extremely dangerous to just come off. I had just called once AGAIN 20 minutes ago but the doctor has the day off and the receptionist refuses to help. I asked for her to please call him because it is an emergency and she told me “that’s not right to call them on their day off”. What is actually not “right” or ethical is leaving a patient without their prescription for days sometimes weeks before it is resolved leaving me to have to find an alternate source to get me by. The receptionists have lied multiple times over the phone saying the doctor is “not in” and I later find out he was working. This is absolutely horrible and no patient should be treated the way these receptionists treat people.

Starting with lazy, insensible and complacant receptionist who can't be bothered to even speak to patients, not to mention cold, uncaring and impersonate manner one is required to write down on piece of badly cut out paper to write personal health issue. Never to be called back in regards to it. Isn't there a government agency to send health inspector to this pathetic excuse for health provider? Easy to get an appointment same day but I felt the Doctor rushed me out stating 'you had something but it seems to be clearing up, come back in a couple of days if it's not better'. I later found out I had a stomach parasite and suffered for another week before I got given the right tests and diagnosis.

It’s 7pm and I’m still waiting for Dr. Solgi to call me for my 1: 30pm appointment!

I called the receptionist twice to enquire, the first time she said I had two people in front of me, the second time she said there were a “few” people in front of me. I asked if the dr would call and I was reassured that he “had a duty to call me back”.

It’s beyond frustrating! My baby is sick and I would have really liked to have spoken to a doctor Instead of being strung along!

This place shouldn’t be operational. They waste your time and resources. Never diagnose correctly and send you around a loop for unnecessary procedures. Front desk is incompetent, so as most of the doctors. So far I’ve tried Dr. Shahrokhi, Borji, Solgi, and Arab. ALL EQUALLY USELESS!

The process of booking online is wonderful and the clinic is excellent with keeping to the appointment times. I tend to book Dr Borji for most of my medical requirements and always find him to be very approachable and professional. I have referred friends and acquaintances.

I’ve been a long term patient of Dr. Borji and he has helped me very much. The attached pharmacy is great. My only issue is the booking system. Calls never come on time and sometimes I am on hold for 30 minutes or more. Good facility that needs more administrative help

DE. BORJI IS EASILY THE WORST DR. I'VE EVER SEEN. Absolutely no redeeming qualities. Not sure how he is still a physician. I got stuck with him because all the good doctors at coal harbour medical are full with patients. He is completely unprofessional. He never knows what my appointments are about as he obviously never reviews my file. He undiagnosed two fractured discs in my back prescribing me Tylenol for the pain without touching me or any actual assessment. He is constantly late for appointments and comes into the room irritated. He should lose his licence. He seems mentally inept. I wouldn't hire him to fix my sink. Stay away.

The worst experience I ever had.
I arrived 20 min before and had to wait more 25 minutes. 45min in total. Any “sorry” or anything. 100% disrespectful. Just put me in to a room and said “wait here”.
When I got into the room, the doctor arrived and barely listened to me. I told him about two problems and he got really nervous and told me “only one problem at time. For other problem, make another appointment. ” Looks like he was doing it as fast as possible and didn’t care at all.
When I asked about it, he got rude and told me: “if you’re not happy, find another doctor. ”
His name is Rambod Taghaodi. I do not recommend.
After this, I walked away and promised my self to never return to this clinic.

Taghoudi was dismissive, rude, arrogant and communicated very poorly. Vancouver is desperate for good family physicians and unfortunately the clinic is filling it in with lousy new doctors like this guy. He even filled the lab requisition form with a male patients name, not mine. Small mistakes can lead to bigger ones so be careful and be observant on how you are being treated.

I had an amazing experience here. After been kept on a waiting queue of 90 minutes or more at another walk-in clinic, I left and came here. I was attended to within 10 mins of arrival. Receptionist, doctor and pharmacist were kind. Got my prescription and picked the meds from the pharmacy right inside. Thank you!

I had breast pain and I went to see the doctor. Dr. SHAHROKHI Had a lot of ego.he told me it could be prolactin and wrote me lab test. When I asked him what will happen if my prolactin is high, he told me its better to ask if you have brain tumor.how rude, unprofessional doctor you could be. He doesn't know the chair side manner. I got the lab test and all was fine but I am writing this review, maybe he learns how to talk with his patients.first, listen to patient's pain and concern instead of interrupting patient and ignoring her.second, act as you are caring to your patient and stop talking like this. I will never ever consider you as my doctor. I am a doctor too and first thing I learned in school was caring to my patient, talking professionally and listening carefully to patient's issue and respecting patient.your ego is do big!

It’s quite simple:
1) Booked an appointment
2) Turned up perfectly on time for said appointment
3) Extremely unfriendly, unapologetic and unprofessional Receptionist: “Your Dr is backed up and there’s now 3 people in front of you, so go for a walk and come back in 45min” I asked to book another appointment time and they said “she’ll call you. ”
4) Get a call after about 40mins, Dr was quick to breeze through my very sensitive concerns, rebook me to go in, didn’t apologize, rushed me off the phone and asked me to call to book another appointment myself! I asked if she could do it, she said she’d have them call me.
5) No one called to rebook me.

Everything above is true… so why go here? Find another Clinic because these people either do not care about our well-being and/or are simply betraying the publics trust with misaligned priorities aka making money. I never review anything… but this I actually feel is my responsibility. Horrible experience.

DO NOT SEE DR BEHZAD BORJI.

I went in with a suspected blood clot. After less than 5 minutes of seeing me, taking no medical or family history, and without asking about any current medications, he diagnosed and treated me for cellulitis. Not knowing any better, I thought he was either extremely competent (having seen this before) or extremely negligent. Turns out it was the latter.

Went for a second opinion elsewhere and after getting an ultrasound, the doctor found 3 blood clots in my left leg.

For a medical issue that could potentially be fatal, I didn’t believe a doctor could be so dismissive. I did not read the reviews prior to my visit (my own fault), and I can only hope that others will do their homework first. The way this doctor operates is on the verge of malpractice, and I would strongly, *strongly* advise seeing someone else.

PLEASE DO NOT IGNORE THE LOW RATINGS AND BAD REVIEW.
I did and my health paid for it.
I simply went to this clinic twice because it's literally 2 minutes walk from my place while my family doctor is a bit far away.
Also I went for an injection which I assumed can be done easily by any pharmacist, nurse, health practitioner.
I asked for an appointment with "anyone" and was scheduled with Dr. Behzad Borji who now I know has so many bad reviews (you can find a lot in here)
After the shot, the spot was red and hurt. That never happened to me before however as been having total trust in the Canadian health system I ignored and thought it would just go away. It didn't. After a day, half of my arm red, swollen, hurt from the injection side, my whole arm was sore. I was then so worried, call 811, talked to a nurse and video zoom with a doctor and was told to go to ER afterwards. Caused me a day and night with lots of anxiety. They all confirmed that it was not vaccine reaction but INFECTION and most likely caused from the needle.
The next day I called the clinic and told them about all these. The receptionist immediately blamed me! She said as I brought the prescription "from home" it would be me or the pharmacy did something wrong while handling it!
Well I took the prescription from London Drug 3 mins away and brought it to the clinic right away. Don't doctors know how to look and see if it's sealed? Who are you fooling?
I then asked to talk to the manager and she said the manager is not in yet. I said I'd call later and email.
15 mins later Dr. Borji called me "what happened to you". I had to tell the story again. He then went FULL DEFENSIVE saying he always takes necessary steps and no way he makes any mistakes at all. "You can complain if you want but I and the clinic won't take any responsibility" He called the infection "side effect" - well I can't find that information anywhere else, all doctors I talked to were inclined that it's absolutely not from the medication but the injection itself.
All I want was for the doctors to be aware when something goes wrong, review what might have happened and eliminate in the future. We all know humans make mistakes and sometimes errors happened beyond control.
Unfortunately this doctor fails to show any good faith and to me, seems pretty much narcissist. I'm concerned that with that kind of attitude he would provide patience with more harm - physically and mentally - than help.
He only apologized for the receptionist attitude and confirmed that the comment was made without any knowledge.

Doctors with questionable competency levels and a hostile attitudes against providing referrals to specialists.

I needed an easy referral to see a dermatologist for an irregular freckle/mole on my arm (I have a family history of skin cancer). I saw Dr. Borji, who looked at it for less than 3 seconds, not that up close, and said it was fine and that I should just come back in a few months if anything changed. I reminded him about my family history and he still would not give me a referral.

Not feeling good about this the next day I got a phone appointment with Dr. Taylor. I got as close to arguing with a doctor as possible because he was also being dismissive. Finally, after bringing up how my previous medical doctors did not think giving referrals to dermatologists were a 'big deal', he gave me a referral.

When the female dermatologist saw the mole, she immediately said 'this is not good' and scheduled to have it removed. The biopsy came back and it was melanoma! Very thankful I did not listen to the medical advice I received at this clinic! I have had bad experiences before with male doctors not taking my concerns seriously, and I think this falls under that category.

Poor patient care, arrogant doctor. Had a bad eye injury and went in to get some assistance as it was close to home. Receptionist was annoyed by the fact I couldn’t see and get myself to the room she called out (as I was walking blind). After I get in to the office and waited a solid 30-40 mins, the doctor comes in, spends a total of 2 mins in the room. Didn’t bother to check my eye, was surprisingly rude and told me to go emergency. He then walked out and I had to shuffle my way blind back through the office to the front door. Was a comically bad experience in hindsight (pun intended).

I left a review before but don't know why it didn't show up. Anyways, I enjoyed using the online booking system to book appointments - very efficient and something I like. My doctor is Dr. Corey and I am very thankful to him. He referred me to a specialist at a time that I needed help the most. Very caring, smart and thorough - I feel very safe and cared for when I talk to Dr. Corey.:)

I had to get a cyst removed and Dr. Ali Solgi did some minor surgery on my head. He did a good job and I'm satisfied. According to him, he had to do this kind of surgery quite often while he lived in Australia. Since this is a kind of "cosmetic" surgery and isn't covered by MSP, I had to pay out of my pocket. The price was reasonable compared to another doctor that I went to 7 years ago. Thank you.

Unprofessional and uncompassionate staff!

On Tuesday evening around 6pm my Mother had an allergic reaction to something. She started with a swollen mouth but began to feel the swelling start in her throat. My Stepfather decided to take her to this clinic as it is less than a block from their apartment.

The clinic was empty. There were no patients waiting in the waiting room. Right away the receptionist told them she couldn't be seen without an appointment. Desperate my Stepfather asked " Please what am I supposed to do. My wife is having a reaction and is having trouble breathing! " So the receptionist reluctantly went to the back to ask the attending physician. Within minutes she returned and told him that the doctor will not see her. That he should go to the emergency. They were turned away.

This is unacceptable! First of all if the Doctor recommends that they go to the hospital then why did she not call the ambulance herself at that moment? ! Secondly you are a Doctor and you take an oath to help people! You couldn't take 2 minutes to come take a look at the woman who is in obvious distress? ! Then call an ambulance if necessary? ! These people shouldn't work in this profession! My mother is in her 70's! A senior citizen who was in distress. Shame on you!

By the time the got back to their apartment lobby it had gotten so bad that my Stepfather phoned an ambulance himself and she was taken to the hospital.

They administered 2 epi pens and some Benadryl which seemed to do the trick. Thank god.

I was assigned a nurse practitioner here through the patient attachment initiative, so this clinic was not at all my individual choice. Setting up appointments has been the most frustrating and stressful experience. You have to text to make an appointment, the other end doesn't always answer or provide clear instructions or detail. It's taken me over a WEEK to try and book an in person appointment to see my doctor. How is this an acceptable practice? This clinic needs to review its practices about how the front desk staff interact with patients because I see I am not the only person to complain about the inefficient and unresponsive receptionists here.

I had a really bad experience here. The doctor was so disorganized I felt unsafe and ended up leaving. I had 5 staff members ask me on separate occasions what I came in for. The whole experience was disappointing and unprofessional. I highly recommend seeking out a different clinic.

The online appointment booking is absolutely amazing! Prior to the recent improvements it was somewhat difficult to connect to the reception staff as there are a lot of inquiries for them to process but by shifting appointment bookings online this has made my personal experience significantly better. The Doctors at this clinic have always been exceptional. Dr. Borji and Dr. Peach are both excellent physicians.

I have been visiting Dr. Ali Solgi for almost a year now. He has been wonderful. He is patient, listens carefully and then attends to the problem. I have got good results from the medication and treatment he has provided.

Incompetent front desk staff. Like many other reviewers I had a nightmarish experience. I took time off from work to go for a pap that the staff (despite repeatedly being asked) didn’t prep for, Doctor asked me to come back as the staff wasn’t ready. Waste of time and effort during covid time. No other place would people keep their job with this much incompetence.

This clinic is fair but has some issues behind the desk that affect wait times. However my experiences have been mixed so far. Doctors are decent so long as you know why you are there. But it does feel rushed even during routine exams. Reception was okay for me but I did notice the phone thing people talked about. It has not changed. Overall an average experience compared to other clinics hence the 3 stars instead of 4. It would be 4 if there were more chairs but that's an aesthetic thing.

Dr Borji He is the best. He always treats you with wisdom. He knows what he is doing. I have seen 4 doctors there and they are all very nice and good.

The phone service is terrible.my doctor is great, and the front desk staff has gotten better over time/new hires. But their phone service is awful, I just waited 30min on hold and the phone hung up, now when I call it doesn’t go through.this happens regularly. While on hold I can hear them come on the line and go back - with office phones they ring reminders to keep the person waiting in the loop, but they don’t, and have people waiting on hold for so long! I get it gets busy there, but the least you can do is check in and tell the person waiting on hold you’ll be a little bit longer. Or maybe this clinic can think about getting the call back option? If front desk isn’t going to handle busyness professionally

Dr. Behrad Borji is a horrible doctor. He doesn't listen to you and dismisses how you feel. I've had him 3 times now so I will not be returning to this clinic.

The only reason I go is because my GP works there. Like everyone else said getting appointment over the phone is impossible. Staff is rude, cold and seems overworked by the owners and doctors. I really hope some medical regulator can inspect the services and environment there.

I haven't had good experiences with Coal Harbour medical clinic. We made an appointment to get our flu shots last year and we waited for about an hour past our appointment time without any explanation. When we told them that we were leaving because the wait was terrible considering we had an appointment, all we got was a shrug. Every time I have gone there, I have had long waits and doctors who are not very helpful.

Good doctors, but horrible receptionists. They are unhelpful and rude. They messed up my schedule with one of the doctors appointment in another “sister” clinic. Asked for clarity, they don’t bother to even give me any contacts, told me to find the contacts myself and it’s none of their business.

I walked in later the same day to book my appointment in person (as you can't over the phone), the front desk person didn't care when I told her I was hung up on twice. She didn’t even listen to what I was saying, she just talked loudly over me and rolled her eyes.

Front desk staff are great. The doctors here are some of the most unprofessional and unhelpful I have ever come across in my entire life. They are condescending and insist on writing prescriptions for over the counter medication instead of actually helping or explaining anything. I don’t need to wait 45 minutes for regular strength Advil sir.

I would prefer to give you guys notice but I'm cancelling my appointment, as that would be the courteous thing to do.

However, after waiting on the phone for 20 minutes on two separate occasions, and still not getting through to anyone, I think I'll let you figure it out yourselves.

Avoid this place. We have spent hours on the phone trying to get thru to follow up on X-ray results.they do not answer phones. Horrible customer service. You are in their phone system listening to a recording for 10 minutes then the system says please call back later and disconnects. Hours have been wasted going thru this process over and over.

Use as a last resort. The front desk staff are not trained and (with occasional exceptions) are generally indifferent or rude, do not listen and their privacy standards are questionable. In two years, I've never been seen on time for a booked appointment, not even the first of the day. Apart from Dr. Babcock and Dr. Noble, who have both left, I've been unimpressed with the lack of attention to detail of the other doctors. When I left, I was overcharged for a copy of my medical records by the manager! The practice owner, also a doctor, is discourteous, so appears to set the tone. I would advise going elsewhere. Try the Loyal Medical Clinic in the Royal Centre. It's great!

Worst walk in clinic in Vancouver. Dr Shahrokhi is a greedy clinic owner who has no management skills and probably only cares about profit. He hires doctors to see more and more patients than the clinic and front desk can handle.

I booked appointments with dr Ahmed and both times I had to wait over an hour passed my appointment time to see her.
Overcrowded, disgusting chairs that are ripped and filthy.

Very difficult to contact them. Tried their office 3 times today and was on hold for over 20 minutes each time. They also have a text number to book appointments that I didn't get a response from either. The doctor was very quick to get me out of there and wouldn't listen to my requests. Also, don't trust what it says on Medimaps for their wait times, its usually triple that. You really ought to figure your office out starting at admin and moving to the doctors.

THIS IS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!
I live across the street and went in for convenience instead of going across town to see my family doctor - the reception women working are CLUELESS and extremely rude. Not only that, the doctor who saw me charged me $30 for a signature! - I provided myself with my own personal medical note and they charged me for one signature! The doctor was very rude and very short with me. This place is extremely unprofessional and not worth retuning EVER.

Please do yourself a favor and go anywhere else in the city - not worth your time or money.

If i could give negative ratings for the front staff i would have. Went into the office to book my appointment 30mins before closing, since they never ever seem to answer the phone. And the front lady addressed by saying that it is not her problem, try calling back again in the morning or come by to book an appointment. At least have the decency to right down a note for the morning staff. Been trying to contact them since Monday but no one answers.
The only reason I still go there is because of my family doctor, Dr. Ahmed. But the front staff is terrible and disrespectful to the patients!

My partner and I have been patients for 6 months and have never had a good experience here. The front staff are rude and condescending, appointments mean nothing and usually wait 30 to 45 minutes. I was just on hold for 25 minutes on the phone to confirm an appointment and did not get to the phone within 3 seconds so they hung up. I have never felt more like my health and wellbeing mean nothing to these people. If I could give less than one star I would.

I called in to see if they received my medical records from my previous doctor yet. I was told "It was only a few days ago and need to be more patient". Waited on the phone for awhile before getting through to someone and then rushed off the phone.

Dr Ali Masoumi is an excellent chiropractor. He has treated me for a number of injuries and I have recovered successfully from all of them. He is kind, attentive and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend his services.

The service and the doctors are amazing, unfortunately making an appointment is extremely difficult. Nobody answers the phone EVER! No matter if you call at 8: 05 am or 3: 00 pm, they always put you on hold for at least 30 minutes. The booking through text message is the same thing.

Last time go to this place!
The front desk leaves people on the phone on purpose while they are sitting there, god knows doing what.

Also, now they have this policy that they can only "1 concern or problem" and this includes prescription refills, so, If you have a physical problem and also need a refill on your prescription, you need to choose your "priority" so they can take care of that, and then get on the line again to take care of the second thing.

Too bad, Dr. Ali is extremely professional and attentive, but I will not return to this place ever ever again.
