I am beyond frustrated with both business and personal banking with Coast Capital. The photos attached are a regular occurrence with them, for the app and website. I can rarely get into online banking the first time, it regularly logs me out and just shuts down. I have just opened an account with their competitor and couldn't be happier. Bonus, I'm also paying less in fees! For personal banking, I had an issue with my debit card and haven't used it in over a year due to my branch closing and combining with this one making it super inconvenient. According to the person I spoke to at customer service, all I had to do was change my pin at a machine and all was good. Well, that didn't work and due to repetitive poor service in the past, I just can't be bothered dealing with them anymore. As soon as I can, all my banking will be transferred elsewhere.

A great bank branch. Like everyone I have had some banking issues in the past. The branch manager (Amit) at this location has always taken the time to get to the bottom of the issues quickly and get through the red tape to sort everything out. I would recommend banking here just because of the good customer service and good people working here.

Not a big bank, so don't expect same services. But operate a transparent, helpful business owned by customers. Would recommend.

I had my personal account here so I thought it would convenient to have my business account with them. But no! The two accounts were not linked. Coast capital also charges more for a basic account. After used the apps for months and deposit cheque with, all sudden I could not deposit cheque's with my phone via app anymore! Went to the bank despite’s they wanted us to stay at home during Covid-19. The representative told me that she could not figure why and told me to wait it out. Second month, I still could not deposit cheque's! Waited in line again for 30 minutes. Went to close to business account and guess what? ! They closed all my cards without my knowledge! Why? They don't know? What? Ended up closing all accounts. Worse credit union ever!

I joined Coast Capital at this branch, nine years later I closed it here too. Abysmal customer service, even the branch manager doesn't care. Terrible roll out of their updated online banking.

Coast Capital was more interested in becoming a federal credit union and raising fees every.single.year.

The fees go up, customer service quality goes down. It's one of the many reasons I voted no years ago to a federal credit union. Oh well, not my problem anymore:)

Hi this is javid I closed my account a few days ago the people that work their were very disprespectful to me I had government cheques that your bank did not deposit into my account vancity in my opinion is a much better bank I dont know about your other locations but your location treated me very unfairly they didnt even listen to me when I was asking them questions. I cannot remember the workers names however one of them even wrote on the back of my government cheque and told me if I give it to them they will not give it back and I have to wait 5 business days to recieve my cheque that is not fair they also lied to me about my credit and told me that is because of my credit and I went home feeling very hopeless and depressed please I will not recommend this bank or this location Vancity is a much better bank.

Won't even tell you what cc there setting you up with. Will then tell you your account needs to be set up for 120 days to get $200

I will NEVER bank at his branch again. There privacy laws are uninformed to all banking policies. Won't give me a line of credit because i had a consolidation loan when I'm closing 85% of credit with my other bank including a line of credit with very good credit.
